The place smells old and the humidity actually has a lot of humidity, the simple room has nothing to do with the one in the photo, very small, the TV is bigger my monitor, the internet is disconnected and the attention of the reception is the worst, the only good thing is the location but there are better places than this.

It’s in the center of the stores walking distance to the cathedral very close to the zoo and botanical gardens The best thing in this hotel was the breakfast very good and the restaurant area was very clean

Balcony rooms are nice but, the noise from the street is too much to handle

The dining room service is very bad, it's too late to attend, and the food is not good, so the attitudes of the waiter are very poor in general, the rest of the hotel is fine alone in the kitchen.

The service in the dining room was terrible.

I stayed here for a week. Since arrival, the staff has been very attentive and friendly. My room has been equipped for years, but in good condition and functional condition. The cleaning service was on time. They respected my things as installed. Ideal for resting, taking a bath and even for breakfast/dinner. There was a break in my room last night due to rain issues, nothing serious, they easily reimbursed the damage without extra cost.

A cheap and simple option for those who just want to get to sleep/bath.

great price, location and service. Only downside, there was construction in all of the city center.  After staying in the worst hotel in my life the previous night, I was pleasently surprised. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had the opportunity to stay in October for 5 nights in total, since arrival we met the manager a super professional lady, all the girls who work at the reception provided us with great attention especially Anny Garcia is the girl who covers the night. My college friend and I visited the city for a university conference and she always helped us with recommendations, directions among other things is more until we got a place with home-cooked meals at 3:00 am!! We love this place because of the location as you can walk all the way to the center of the Forum etc etc etc etc and additionally it is very convenient. We had two breakfast at the buffet I think they could improve a little bit in food and the quality may be of the points to improve, but for the price is quite acceptable.

This was a good downtown hotel.  It had a nice restaurant.  The A/C worked well.  It is close to all of the downtown central historic district items.  You can get a municipal bus to just about anywhere as well.  The central market is a couple blocks away. The mall and three rivers park is within a half mile walk.
