We went to Cuatro Cienegas to see the Dunas de Yeso and Poza Azul. What a sight. We were lucky enough to spend 2 nights in Quinta Santa Cecilia. This is a very good hotel. We especially appreciated the heating as, in January, it is cold at night. The rooms are clean, spacious and very well furnished. The staff is helpful and competent. We didn’t use the pool because it was too cold. Remember that in this area, you are at 3,100 above sea level and in the north of Mexico as well. If you are in Cuatro Cienegas, I really recommend this hotel. The hotel did not offer food at this time but there are a restaurant and a bar probably opened in high season.
