Very polite staff. Convinient for those going to the consulate. Highly recommend it for immigration appointments.

Nice hotel near the consulate. The workers were very friendly and helpful. They offer you a ride if needed.

Wife stayed for consular appointment and had a great experience. Very convenient safe location across from the consulate. Very clean and great service with a nice restaurant inside. She highly recommends it.

Very great hotel with excellent service, 5 stars for sure. Transportation service was a plus. If we wanted to go to a nearby park for my kids to play they took us. The mall la misión is a beautiful mall with lots to do right in front of the hotel. The only thing I wish they would work on with the city is possibly putting in a cross walk right in front to cross to the mall. They have stairs with a bridge ( difficult for strollers ) a pedestrian signal would be nice.

Very comfortable staying and staff were really nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here! Clean, has transportation & free breakfast.

Super clean from the moment you walk in! Every staff member we encountered were all nice and very attentive. The parking is very safe and the U.S. Consulate is literally walking distance. & the breakfast is the best (lots of options to choose from) Overall had a wonderful stay here & would highly recommend to anyone.

I highly recommend Hotel Mesaluna Short and Long Stay if you are here for your consulate interview!1.) The hotel is across the street from the medical centers, next to the US consulate, and a 3 minute walk to CAS for fingerprints.2.) The hotel is super clean. From the moment you set foot in the lobby, to the rooms, laundry room, gym, patio. It is super clean!3.) The staff is incredible! We were here for 10 days and every single day we were greeted, and asked if we needed anything. Staff is super professional and respectful. Jesus and Aaron at the front desk are a power team! Always recommended the best food places, and activities to find near by. Ricardo was super nice too!4.) The hotel provides transportation service at no extra cost. Miguel is one of the greatest guys at Mesaluna and always so cheerful and willing to take us anywhere near by. He drove us places several times and he was simply wonderful! We felt so safe with this transportation service.5.) Safe! The hotel requires key entry from the front. There is always more than one person at the front desk. Key entry is required for gym, laundry room, and also patio.Overall I am so glad we stayed here. After 10 days I can honestly say I will miss the staff and their attentive service.Muchas gracias a todos en Mesaluna por sus servicios! En especialmente, a Jesús, Aarón, Ricardo, y Miguel. THE BEST STAY IN CD. JUAREZ

My stay at this hotel was for 5 nights. I picked this hotel because it was just build last year. I wanted a place close to the consulate that would make me feel safe, and this place sure did! All the places you need to go for your Visa appointment are very close, no need to take a ride; you can just walk. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody. My stay included breakfast; everyday was something different and the food was excellent, like for real, it was so good! The staff were very friendly and kind. They have vans on site which is very convenient if you need a ride. It was worth the money!

Fantastic place to stay for consulate business.  Friendly, clean, staff is helpful and kind, and the location is super convenient. Definitely go for the breakfast option! It really is a fantastic deal. Only issue we had during our stay is the way ridiculous time wait for food from the restaurant. Wait time from an hour up to hour and a half for simple food choices.

We stayed over a week in a room with a kitchenette.  We think we got very good value.  Beware that many rooms do not have exterior windows.  We would have been unhappy in one of those.  Breakfast was good, both hot and cold foods, and a nice daily benefit.  Hotel price v value is very good.  We had no car, and CDJ is not a walkable city, but this was about as good a location as one could get for walkability in this part of town.  We felt we were on the "right" side of the busy highway for meeting daily life needs.  A major shopping center is across the street via pedestrian bridge.  A nice full service grocery store is about 1/2 mile away.  We walked to it.  Having the mini market right next to the hotel is a blessing.  A number of eating establishments are close by.  Our kitchen could have been better stocked.  There was just a frying pan-not a pot or sauce pan, for instance, and very limited utensils.  And, not even salt and pepper.  We made a trip to Walmart to better fit out the kitchen for our stay.  The room was very comfortable and the place is quiet.  The hotel laundramat was very easy to use and good.  Staff is good and pleasant to deal with.  It's a newish and very clean place.
