Nice staff and hotel . I would come back again.

Very clean hotel , good service and breakfast

The only thing I didn't like, was the guy in reception. It took him a few minutes to show up and when he finally did, he was very rude. Other than that the hotel is all you need, good thing the next morning they had two lovely girls in reception and I didn't have to see that guy again.

It was a good place to stay and state of the art technology with their light system. Staff was friendly.

Very good service, the room was very clean! The staff is supper friendly

This is a very nice and similar hotel as the whole chain. Rooms are extremely comfortable and clean. The area around the hotel is not even close to downtown or any other business area but was okay area near everything like supermarket, gas station, hospital, etc., we stayed there just for one night since we were just passing by Torreon, we picked this hotel and really liked. Service is good. We will stay again at this hotel if we need to comeback to the city.

This hotel is beautiful, new, clean , modern, but not actually located at the place where hotels.com shows it is located. the GPS coordinates and the map show that it is the closest hotel to the airport, at 7.8 miles away. We had to stop at a fast food place with wifi and find the actual location with google maps. The staff was very accommodating, putting the continental breakfast out early so that we could leave early to get to the airport on time. This hotel also had the most comfortable beds of all that we stayed at in our week in Chihuahua.

The ac worked good! The sheets had hair on them and the side doors did not work!

Breakfast area is very small and it would be nice if it was bigger.

The room was next to window and I could hear all the noise from outside.

Comfortable bed, shower with hot water, an exercise room and coffee in the morning.

Nice hotel and kind staff, we were so tired about a long drive and the hotel was just in the right spot
