I completed a survey about the hotel. This is about staff. I cannot mention all as there were so many wonderful staff members. ALL were wonderful so, if I forget any by name, it is purely an oversight. Rubi: Pleasant, attentive, engaging and most accommodating. It was a pleasure to see her and sit in her section every morning. Shannon: Amazing and so eager to help at all cost. Was my translator for omelet bar ordering. Always helping and working. Young man and mid-age woman - Omelet bar: As a cook myself, the first and most difficult test for any chef is the simple (not-so-simple) omelet. Each and every time, perfect to my request. Other Restaurant Staff: All un-flinching to help and accommodate, personable-ly and professionally. Thomasina, Peta, Bladi and Nadia: House keeping. Friendly, accommodating, professional and meticulous. ??-Patricia: So helpful as to my questions and suggesting on how to make the best of my stay. I followed her lead and was so happy I did. So, pleasant, helpful and full of sunshine to start the day. Truly a pleasure. Jesus/Carlos/Miguel: What can I say? Always there to help, chat, assist, suggest with a smile and pleasant genuine courtesy. Olivia:Truly a dear, helpful, engaging, helped me with my poor Spanish. Always smiling and willing to help. Front Desk: Did not get names but I must have dealt with all over myn11 day stay. Truly helpful, accommodating. All willing to answer questions and assist in any way to make my stay memorable. Well done with all. TY. Was my 2nd time but will be back.
