Our experience was so wonderful here! The staff was so welcoming and friendly. Miguel took care of us every day for lunch at Ventanas. He remembered our favorite things and brought it to us right when we sat down! He always greeted us with a smile and works very hard. Diego at the pool was incredible. Not only did he assist with our fantastic excursions, he helped me retrieve my very expensive shoe insert I had left in the Mayan jungle! Blown away by the level of service. I had a massage by Luis, who was very professional. It was so wonderful, I booked another one with him! Best massage I’ve ever had. Karla at the spa is wonderful too. So kind and helpful and loved chatting with her. Sunscape had good food, good service, nice rooms, fun activities, and reasonable cabana prices! I hope to return soon!
