What was good

just to inform those planning a stay we stayed in room 407 double bed and balcony.....because all rooms face the marine all day and night you'll hear sealions and music from the bars and restaurants. but when balcony closed its not so bad. Every morning you'll get a stunning sunrise view over the mountains.

What was bad

the bathroom soap rack in the shower kept falling off. there was a roach in the cabinet . we had to call for housekeeping everyday. the hotel layout is confusing , no map . plus all rooms face the marine , even though they say pay extra for view they need to be on top of the cleaning crew. had to ask them to mop the floors, in the room. they wont do anything unless you ask. terrible , they told us our reservation was canceled. didn't want to help or accommodate us. you have to stat threating them and get reservations on the phone. we booked with zen hotels.
