Very friendly staff. The amenities were very clean. 

Really appreciated the help with my bags. English speaking which helped me.

Restaurant was a decent Italian dinner and a more traditional Mexican breakfast which I liked. 

Close enough to the down town tourist spots and quick drive to airport.

Wonderful stay. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. The rooms are very comfortable, they are spacious and clean. The fotos is so good in the restaurant. Is is closet to the malecón an the historical área of Loreto. We will for sure be going back

We had a very relaxing stay for two nights at the Santa Fe.  It is a safe, 10 minute walk to the town square.  The enclosed courtyard was buffered from wind and a great place to relax by the pool and hot tub.  Room was large and very nice.  Laura at the front desk was very helpful with any questions and transport.  We loved the food at the restaurant - try the sea bass.

The staff was super friendly, the rooms were cleaned even though it had dank (moist) odor to the room. But if you left your door open for a little while the smell was gone or run the AC. The bed was a little too soft for my liking, but I enjoyed my stay overall. I would stay here again in the future. It's not luxury, but it will do. 

Whenever my wife and I travel through Baja, we choose Santa Fe, we usually call to make a reservation for a long time, we have the contact of someone at the "Gibran" hotel who kindly helps us with the reservation, everything in the hotel works well, I would say that it is the best in the town and is ideal to rest after a long journey. We highly recommend it!

Very clean, excellent environment, good swimming pool and jacuzzi.  Refrigerator, stove and sink.  Restaura on lobby level with convenience store adjacent to hotel. Responsive staff.  Really enjoyed our seven day stay there and would return again.

We were looking for options and we found the best We had doubts about whether they were friendly with pets, so we did not communicate and "Gibran" attended to us, told us how to get there and guaranteed us that they accepted pets and they did so all worked out at this hotel as it should be .... GREAT! Very friendly staff. Great room, cleaning service excelent. Pool was warm and service at the restaurant excelent. The hotel is walking distance to the main center of the city of Loreto and the ¨Malecon.

Excellent dinner at Casa Mia. We are staying a couple of doors East in a hotel with no restaurant.  After a long outing to San Javier and beyond to cave paintings we returned, took a walk in town and came to Casa Mia for a late dinner. Spaghetti al Pesto was delicious but the real star was the Caesar Salad in a large bowl formed of fried parmesan cheese, a presentation I'd never seen anywhere before. Perfectly done and enough for a dinner by itself. Highly recommended!

This is a nice comfortable hotel right on the outskirts of the historic district.  It is about a half mile walk to the Plaza and Malecon.  We walked multiple times a day and in the evenings.  We felt very safe, and there are lots of shops and restaurants along the way. The staff are very nice and helpful.  The pool area is beautiful.  The restaurant is good.  

Great Hotel on the Fringe

Not the most comfortable mattresses or pillows, but overall the stay was decent. Definitely they need to work on replacing the squeaky mattress and lumpy pillows. 
Water pressure was ok considering that it is in the middle of the desert. 
It was nice to have a kitchenette in the room and a convenience store onsite. 
The service was great Karla and Mario at the front desk were helpful and accommodating, the cleaning staff very nice and friendly as well the ladies at working at the store. 
Great service, nice pool and so, so beds. I would definitely come back

Pet friendly!

We took a room on the first floor near the pool to enable easier loading and unloading. There’s a little bit more noise at that level because the visitors enjoy the lovely pool and hot tub in the center of the complex. It’s open air, nicely landscaped, and sets up a friendly atmosphere. We greatly enjoyed our late evening, after a walk into town, relaxing on the divans around the pool sheltered from the wind. 

We’ve stayed here once before, but forgot to check the size of the bed. Ours was again full, not a queen, which is a little challenging for us because we are both tall. I don’t know if any other rooms have larger beds, we’ll check the next time, as we plan to return. 

Another issue was that neither bedside lamp worked, the switch appears to be faulty. 

It was great to have a little kitchenette, even though we didn’t use it much, and the a/c worked well. Plenty of hot water for showers.
