Get ready for this incredible comment. I was on the hunt for the perfect hotel to celebrate my sister's 30th birthday, and I couldn't have been more thrilled with our choice of Outrigger. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm that set the tone for a memorable celebration. The hotel's ambiance was just right for a special occasion, with elegant décor and attentive staff who went out of their way to ensure every detail was perfect. I selected this hotel because it appeared to offer a spacious room and other amenities that might be beneficial for my family and convenient during my stay. True ! We were particularly impressed by the staff at the reception. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and assisted efficiently by Kinsley, who handled all the formalities and hotel policies with expertise and made sure we felt completely at ease. We were very grateful for his help. From the outset, we were impressed by their attention to detail and friendly demeanor, which contributed to making our stay memorable. We were delighted with our experience and would like to express our gratitude to Kinsley and the entire front desk team for making it so enjoyable. We were delighted to find the welcome in our room to be more than we could have imagined. We chose a room with a view of the beach, and we were fortunate to enjoy a lovely view from our balcony. We were pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of the room, which provided ample space to relax. The room also included a sofa and an extra bed. We were delighted to find the additional facilities and thoughtful touches that made our stay even more special. My nephew is quite lively, and I had to invest a significant amount of money in his jewelry. The majority of their jewelry, which I create for them, is sourced from the United States, New Delhi, and Dubai. I thought I had lost his favorite necklace forever, but thanks to the incredible staff at public area cleaning, I was reunited with it! After loosing time of looking for it on the this large beach. They promptly found and safely stored it, and when they contacted me, they were so kind and efficient in arranging its return to me. I'm immensely grateful for their honesty and professionalism. The bar at Le Bleu offers a lovely view of both the pool and the beach, which contributes to a relaxing and scenic atmosphere. I would like to commend the staff here for their exceptional friendliness, attentiveness, and knowledge of their craft. They were kind enough to recommend a cocktail or engage in pleasant conversation, which made our visit truly enjoyable. It's a lovely spot to relax with a drink while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. All retain their professionalism. I'm grateful to Nishal for making sure I'm okay before I leave the bar. By the time our stay came to a close, we had only managed to enjoy a small amount of dessert at the Mercado buffet, as we had made the decision to have pizza at the bar. Upon arrival, the waiter, Zaheer, kindly informs us that, if we have already enjoyed the buffet, it would no longer be possible to eat here. Fortunately, Yoven was able to provide some helpful guidance after I inquired about the best course of action regarding returning to the buffet. Yoven informed me of the situation. Please don't worry, sir. If it's not too much trouble, I'll take care of the pizzas. I must say, he has been wonderful. For me, a stay in a hotel is all about providing my family with a little extra pampering. Rod noticed about it. I was pleasantly surprised by the spa at . It exceeded my expectations. I had the pleasure of dining at Edgewater, where the service manager, Mr. Arvesh, was extremely attentive and ensured that everything was to my satisfaction. On two occasions, he kindly came to my table to ensure that we were enjoying our meal. We had a pleasant conversation, exchanging views and sharing our appreciation of quality service. Mr. Arvesh's attentiveness and professionalism contributed greatly to our evening, making it a memorable dining experience. I would like to suggest that this establishment is worthy of consideration for those seeking exceptional cuisine and hospitality. My experience at Edgewater was somewhat mixed. While I had ordered our beef well done, it ended up being a bit drier than I had hoped, which is not uncommon with this level of cooking. I was pleased to receive feedback from Chef Akshay himself, who kindly came to my table to discuss the dish. I was grateful for his willingness to listen and genuine interest. Akshay even offered to change my beef to another one. Additionally, Mr. Robert, the restaurant manager, was kind enough to greet me by name, which made me feel truly valued. His professionalism was evident throughout my visit, and I was impressed by his attention to detail. Despite my mentioning the dry beef, I didn't insist, and he handled the situation with great skill. It's evident that he takes great pride in his work, just as I do in my own profession. All things considered, the minor issue with the dish was outweighed by the exceptional service from Chef Akshay and Mr. Robert, which made my dining experience truly memorable. Muzzamir take also good care of us. I'm happy to say that my children had a wonderful time at the Coral Kids Club. Mrs. Annie and her team were excellent hosts, creating a lively and stimulating environment where the children could have fun. They organized a wide variety of activities, and while all were well-received by my children, the pizza-making session was particularly memorable. Ms. Annie and her team did a wonderful job of making it an engaging and educational experience. They taught the children how to knead dough, choose toppings, and bake their own pizzas. It was a genuinely enjoyable experience that also proved to be a memorable learning opportunity. My children were so enthusiastic that they talked about it for hours and expressed a keen desire to take part again. We were truly fortunate to have Ms. Annie and her team at Coral Kids Club, who brought their passion and dedication to make our stay exceptional. I would gently suggest that families looking for activities that are both enjoyable and educational for their children might like to consider this option. We would like to extend our gratitude to Anne-Sophie, housekeeping, for her exemplary service during our stay. She did more than just clean our room. She also put everything back neatly and made sure we were comfortable. Her friendly smile and welcoming demeanor made us feel at ease and comfortable enough to request additional services without hesitation. Her warmth and professionalism were also much appreciated throughout our stay. She even kindly called maintenance to see if they could replace or call room service add coffee, tea, or milk. She was very attentive and helpful, almost like our personal butler. Our glass-bottom boat experience was a rather special adventure during our vacation. It was a unique opportunity to observe the marine life from a different perspective. While we may have hoped to see more fish, it was a truly memorable experience for my family, who enjoyed themselves immensely. The boat provided a clear view of the mesmerizing coral formations beneath us, and while the marine life was sparse, it was a priceless experience to be together and explore the underwater world. It was a wonderful chance to strengthen connections with my loved ones and create lasting memories together.
