A weeks ago, we stayed at Hotel Verdi for a friends’ reunion. While the property itself felt a little bit dated in places, the overall experience was absolutely fantastic. Every team from housekeeping to reception to the breakfast crew was helpful and friendly. But we especially want to highlight someone who made our stay extra special: Amit Rai. Even though it was only his 4th day on the job, Amit really stood out. He greeted us with such a warm smile and positive energy, and he seemed so genuinely committed to making sure we had a great stay. What really impressed us was how he went out of his way giving us a full tour of the property when we arrived and taking the time to explain all the available amenities. That kind of personal touch wasn’t expected, but it made all the difference. His knowledge of the local area was also amazing. Thanks to his recommendations (especially the pastizzi), we got to explore and enjoy the area like locals. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever met someone so driven and passionate about their job. Amit was always around when you needed something, and he had a way of making you feel completely taken care of. You could tell you were in good hands. Amit is doing an outstanding job, and we really hope his dedication is recognized. He left a lasting impression on all of us and he played a big part in the positive memories we’ll carry from our stay.
