We had a lovely 4-night stay at this hotel in Malta. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. We got there earlier than check-in time but were able to leave our bags in a secure, locked area which was really convenient. Reception staff were all very friendly and helpful, and we were even given a card to use the hotel facilities while we waited, which was a really nice touch. The location couldn’t have been more central – right in the middle of a shopping centre and directly across from the strip with bars and clubs. This didn’t bother us at all; in fact, it was really convenient, and the beach was only a short walk away too. Our room was spotless, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and overall we had no issues at all. One thing we especially appreciated was the evening visits from housekeeping to check if we needed anything extra – a thoughtful detail that made the stay feel even more comfortable. We also spent time at the rooftop area, enjoying the pool as well as a fresh salad and drinks. The only downside for us was that a couple of the staff up there came across as abrupt and not as welcoming as the rest of the hotel team, which was a shame since all other staff we met were fantastic and really took the time to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend it – the location, cleanliness, and excellent service from most of the staff really made it a memorable stay.
