From the moment we arrived, the staff made our stay unforgettable. A special thank you to Cristian, Jestin, and Leizl, who truly went above and beyond every single day to make sure we had everything we needed. As someone with mobility needs, their support meant so much. Cristian always made sure I had a table close to the buffet in the restaurant, and Jestin even fixed the lift on a few occasions, they also made sure I could get around with ease. A manager also kindly sorted out the door to the restaurant so I could access the ramp with ease. These small but important acts of kindness made all the difference. Everyday when we come back or walked through reception Leizl asked how we are, if everything was ok and how our day was as did Jestin The hotel itself was absolutely perfect for us. Yes, there were some upgrades happening during our stay, but they never affected us at all. In fact, I think it’s fantastic that a new ramp is being installed in reception—it shows how much the hotel cares about accessibility, which is a huge plus for guests like me. Our room and the entire hotel were always spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping team deserve recognition too—they do a brilliant job. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff, and their genuine care and warmth really made us feel at home. Thank you again to everyone, especially Cristian, Jestin, and Leizl, for making our stay so special. We can’t wait to come back!
