Unfortunately, we missed our plane and were driven to this Hotel by (ex) Resort people.Never ever that we experienced room in Hotel where we were literally suffocating ALL night as our, so called window, was actually a brick whole where all Hotels air-conditions were hanged and all the gas was coming back to our room, or inside the Hotel. On a top of that, you could not call anybody as was no number written in the bedroom, nobody at the Reception and another major horrible issue, the smell from sewerage was coming and going and when it comes, vomiting was the only way to survive. Bunch of sarcastic liars who wrote untrue statements with intent to deceive. Do not GO THERE!!!

The rooms are fantastic, kept spotless, towels everyday.... The location is good, easy to  access to shopping areas and beach. Some of the Staff (female), are not helpful and unfriendly but the others are very friendly, polite and helpful.

Day in HulhuMale

My friends and  I decided to book, based upon a recommendation of the Cruise Company, 3 rooms for the day and one room for the night. We hoped to get a rest, but unfortunately there was some work being done in the hotel and obviously we could not rest. This being said, the rooms were clean but poor decoration, curtains  broken air condition in poor condition. No lift... and we were on the third floor
Despite this the personnel was very friendly and quickly organized several things for us.

Disappointing experience

Nice property for stopover enroute to our Island resort

The airport transfer arrived one hour late to pick us up and there was no apology whatsoever from the staff. To aggravate matters, we were then informed upon check-in that there was no WiFi in the hotel as it was not working. As a result of the non-working WiFi, the television didn't work either. The double bed in the Family Deluxe Room sinks in the middle and was extremely uncomfortable. Unsurprisingly, the fridge in the room didn't work either.We didn't even bother to try using the safe as nothing seems to work. The room was clean though.

A Disappointing Experience

When I walked in the hotel all the staff was friendly and the hotel decor had a nice feeling. The room was a good rate, nicely kept and had great internet connection. I spent time up on the rooftop open-air viewing level. It is a nice private place for view the surroundings - day or night. The buffet breakfast was wonderful and an introduction into the Maldive menu as well as things I was use to eating. I met the Owner/Manager and he was an exceptionally nice person. He explained how he built the hotel (2012) and the history of Hulhumale.  He is born in the Maldives and he show me a video of him winning as part of a national contest of traditional song and dance routines several years back. - YouTube - #Heyyambo 967 V.Fulidhoo Blue Star Jan 23

We spoke on several occasions during my stay and he is and amazingly friendly guy and a knowledgeable source of information about the Maldives. I saw him grooming his staff to treat all patrons staying at the hotel with respect and utmost service. I wish I saw that at all hotels I stayed. I visited Maafushi Island and it is a good mix of local and tourism to experience.
I would certainly go back to visit Haseeb and the Maldive Islands which are superbly beautiful!!

Great hotel stopover on the way to resorts, other island hotels or a look around Hulhumale.

I stayed in this hotel for one week with my fiancé . The experience was amazing from the very start. The hotel is in a very good location very close to the beach and everything else at walking distance. The staff is exceptional , very friendly, very helpful and efficient. The rooms were kept clean throughout. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet very much, good food good vibe . Hoping to come back next year for another short visit. 

Excellent Service 

this hotell was super the staff is fantastik god breakfast and the dinner in ewening was perfekt  good menu this hotell is litle bigger than many adder hotell in this irland so the rooms are werry good nice and clean only 60 m to the beach  and the hawe a werry nice roof area nice fore sunbathing or a romantic dinner in ewening cal the hotell and the arrange pickup from airport i was here 5 days so perfekt

hollyday with diving

We spent the last day of our holiday at this hotel. Even though it was a short stay, everything from head to toe was amazing. The hotel itself is in a good location, a lot of restaurants and water sports activities within the walking distance as well as the beach. The decor of the rooms is very nice, comfortable beds too. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet which is served 7am - 10 am. All the staff members are helpful, polite and friendly. We would surely recommend this lovely hotel.

Nice overnight stay

We arrived quite late at 10.30pm to the airport. We waited around about 20 mins for our driver to arrive. Once he arrived he gathered everybody else together and lead us outside. He said it will be a 20 minute wait for the bus... We didn't get to the inn until after 12.00.... Not what you want after a long flight. Once we arrived we were then asked to pay $20usd to cover the transport. Fair enough, however after the lack of remorse for making us wait so long I think an apology or at least a discount on our transport fee would  show that their customers experience is what matters to them.
Once we got to the room the sheets on the bed were dirty....
