Guests must contact the hotel in advance to arrange transfers. Transfers will be subject to availability for late evening arrivals. Speedboat transfers will not operate in extreme weather conditions. The hotel doesn't offer a refund.

Guests must send arrival and departure flight details directly to the property at least 72 hours prior to arrival.

Guests are asked to note that the property is only accessible by mandatory speed boat transfer, approximately 20 minutes from Male International Airport.
