Loved this place. Not only was the place affordable, the owners were friendly and helpful during our stay there. The rooms were very clean and I appreciated the fact that everything was very convenient as it was just above a shopping complex. I will definitely come back on my next trip.

I found this by chance on the internet and I must say I am so lucky as this very good value for money. The accommodation is clean and air condition.   It's located on top of the shopping mall.  Lots of nice shops and eatery.  Convenient location.

Friendly Owners

Clean and value for money

The owners are nice friendly retired couple, but it is important to be upfront and honest with what you really offer. This Guest House is really a converted office suite (even, the dividers are like office cubicles) and the only two guests there were a woman claiming to be renovating here house and a worker in the building. Okay, the real problem was either a manufacturing business or construction is going on above the GH. So from 11pm to 8am you will hear incredible banging, drilling non-stop. They stop in day-time for office workers so that is when the woman in GH slept and I had to take day naps. The place is clean, but towels provided are like old rags some literally torn. The owner did put in a new microwave and tries to make a good place. The only perk is you're in the Mall and restaurants, grocery etc. are right there for convenience. Would I return? No, but I got the feeling the owner wasn't welcoming me back either when I complained about the noise and fact that you have to surrender your license of passport to a security desk manned by so many different people and not knowing if they might steal your ID information for identity theft. Also, they say laundry available, but it is not in GH and aircon does not work in main lounge area.
