Cleanliness is ok but water heater low pressure. Beach not besides but walking distance to Glory beach resort and the beach just behind Glory Beach Resort. Walking distance to Chinese Restaurant,, Malay Ikan Bakar, 99 speedmart. Peak season when come therefore many people in chinese restaurant. PD Water front is 4km from hotel but very crowded in there. Don't go.
