Great location with a convenient store a minutes walk away and an excellent beach (Coral Beach) just a few minutes away. Restaurants and street food just outside.Rooms are basic with the neccessities one needs - comfy bed, AC and shower with hot water. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a few mopeds you can rent for a good price to get you around the island.

always get a warm welcome at Ombak Inn, room very nice, all works well, A/C hot shower. 
Only five minuets from coral bay with restaurants on the beach. 
I would say though that last year and this jelly fish have been a problem at coral bay

Very recomended for a calm vacation with family. A very good place with greenery all over the place.

Small hotel with individual chalet that looks like tropical huts in the forest.  Lots of plants and flowers.  We went at off season so nice and quiet and owner even offered late check out without charge.  Very nice of her.

Clean, comfortable, the owners are very friendly and very nice. Rooms are in accordance with the ones shown. Not far from the beach. Restaurants, shops, all are within 5-10 mins walking distance.

We arrived very late after a very long bus journey from KL. The hosts went out of their way to welcome us, offered us our choice of rooms and were very friendly. Recommended.

Lovely chalet close to the beach.  Spacious air con rooms, good shower and nice terrace, although a little close to other chalets.   The owner was  very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic and self serve. The hotel is right on a fairly busy, built up road so could be noisy in holiday times. Lots of places to eat nearby and coral beach was lovely.

Good value, helpful and friendly

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 4 nights. Simple bungalow with air con. Got a good price per night without booking online. The first night the room was a bit humid after a night and day of raining, but the other nights was all good. 
Near to the beach we’re no one swims, so we got it for ourselves:) 
The woman in charge was really friendly and helpful. An old but charming hotel. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. 

Cozy place near the beach

Generally a nice place with a lovely garden and a good location. Very nice owners. Breakfast was very basic and needed to ask for the things that ran out. In bathroom the water pipes were leaking and toilet paper / dust bin missing. Room is a bit run down (sofa was in a desolate state, walls need painting etc). The place could be a gem with just a little more effort.

Ok for 1-2 nights

The chalet owners were friendly & helpful, which made the stay an enjoyable one. Maintenance of the premises needs improvement as the first room we got had a loose tap & a leaking pipe. The subsequent one also had a leaking pipe, but it wasn't too disruptive. Breakfast spread is simple, we opted to eat out after the first day for better variety.

Cosy place, friendly service

We arrived late on a Saturday night and were warmly greeted by an elderly uncle. He had someone else show us to the room and we were impressed with the overall ambience of the place. It had an outdoor "kampung" feel to it, yet the rooms were modernly built and clean. The distance to the beach is about 50-100 meters, and the place is surrounded with food stalls and other market like places in a bazaar setting. There are even 2 mini markets that have everything you need and a bakery. The place comes to life at night and the food stalls even setup seating areas by the beach, do check out the friendly burger stall guy who is a stones throw away from the inn. Sitting by the beach, the sunset view was amazing and the night sky is filled with stars. The Ombak Inn even has a small seating area outside each room, making it cosy for a short drink and chit chat before hitting the bed. The breakfast spread did not have much variety but it was adequate and the staff treated us very nicely. During our check out, we asked for a slightly later time and were granted leeway due to the non-peak season. The owner, an elderly auntie was nice enough to call us a cab before we left for the jetty and was super kind to us.

Cosy Stay

The room was okay, chalet is very near to the beach. Location wise is a good choice. No breakfast due to CMCO but easy to find foods nearby.

Very close to the beach as u can walk to the beach and there r many food stalls along the beach tht u need not to worry about food as well.. breakfast served but it was below average. Room was okie.. not bad for beach resort and good quality for the money..

It was amazing. The owner was really helpful, the rooms were okay and we loved the surrounding area, the fact that it's near the beach and the stalls/restaurants along the beach!
