Amazing people and great place to stay. Very family friendly place. The staff were able to help us with almost every request. Descent room, big shared bathroom with lots of toilets and showers. Very clean and nice hot water showers.
We stayed as a school group visiting from Australia. The staff were very helpful and friendly to all of our students and were able to help them make the most of their stay in Malaysia. Safe and convenient location. Highly recommend.

I had a very nice stay at next room. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and heated shower had great water pressure. A better experience than some of the more expensive places I've stayed! The staff were so nice and helpful. Location in the middle of everything. Would definitely stay here again.

the place is own by a family that will help you with everything. im still remembering the market they recomend us, it was so great!!!
The hostel is completly renew so all rooms are well equiped. In front of the place, there are several bars and restaurants, where all foreigners mix with locals in an amazing good vibe,
The breakfas is not so much but at least is included in price.

I visited here with a group of World Challenge, the room was clean and spacious, the communal bathrooms were clean and adequate.
The staff were also really helpful as Lily- one of the female staff helped the group in organisation for travel after discovering it was a Muslim national holiday.
Also serves Toast and Tea in the morning which is simple and effective too.

I stay at female dorm room at 1st floor with window. Only me and 1 lady were staying in that room..big and clean..all walking distance for shopping mall, food streets and etc. Easy to find taxi or GRAB app. Alot of 7/11 shops (so no problem at all)

 I didnt use wifi here because im using my own DIGI sim card. They have simple breakfast like tea, coffee and bread.

Best place I stayed at whilst travelling Sarawak

Clean & budget in miri city

New hostel, good place

Great stay

We take a double room for 60 RM plus 10 RM tax, breakfast (is it really breakfast??). The room is basic but clean, a shared bathroom ok but the staff is hard-thinking and slow-witted. We ask some questions about a night market and the receptionist doesn’t even know it exists.
The air-condition is freezing cold.
But the ‘best’ thing is breakfast and its rules!! The note says:
Breakfast is from 6am to 10 am. Please wait while our staff prepare breakfast for you. Each customer is only entitled for 1 cup of tea/coffee + one set of toast.
I don’t think it’s very kind and polite towards their guests, the customers. And it's very little for breakfast. We call a buzzer and wait a long while for the sleepy staff to appera.
If not for that breakfast thing and the reception, the hotel would be very good. There is common space with sofas and the Internet and its location is great.

hard-thinking and slow-witted staff, rude breakfast note

Unhelpful and unfriendly staff. One female staff was irritated when asked for a help. Another female staff made a bad joke about a help request.
The room could've been cleaner. Bedsheets contained stains.
Bathrooms & toilets were not cleaned in two days.
Basically no WiFi. Unreliable and sucked.
No towels. The breakfast was canceled due to had reviews as I was told.
The room was bare with a double bed. Nothing more.
Rude rules to the guests - see the attached picture.

The management should think about their attitude to customers.

For the paid price there are better hotels in Malaysia.
