Normal hotel with friendly staffs .... very good location With many eatery places  ... recommended for all except single female...  
Carpark is secure with a responsible Indian guard .... parked my car there and I can see him constantly walking to the carpark and check

Good location 

Cons:
- No lifts.
- Aircon hardly blows, and noisy. Room remain warm whole night.
- Noise isolation doesn't exist. Next door TV, people walking by corridors all can be heard. 
- Extra bed = mattress only that the room hardly fits. 

Pros:
- Nearby Jonker Street and food choices available.
- Price is on the lower side for budget minded.
- Plenty of parking along the shop lots.
- Wifi works the whole night.

Not recommended for family

This a review for the their Jln Melaka Raya 15 location. Room was very small, couldn't really open my cases comfortably. The restaurant is permanently closed so you'll have to find your own breakfast. The aircon constantly dripped. The bed sheets were clean BUT the bed and pillows were disgusting and smelled awful. I felt dirty sleeping there.

Smelly Bedding

Clean, tidy and comfy. Rooms are available at most times even on the weekends. Parking spaces provided. Helpful and friendly staffs. But try not to eat or keep food in the room because we did and we saw small cockroaches came for the food.

Worth The Value

At night 3 am as a couple  no helpful receptionist  room and bathroom so bad and far place and really expensive  as I backpacker stayed hostels with no complain with 12 people,  Here I thing not worth at all
