We visited this Resort for my mums 60th birthday and had the most amazing time - mostly due to the phenomenal staff who made sure out stay was special. We can’t thank Fieza, Zakwan, Anisya, Aiman and Hafiz enough!! They went above and beyond every single day to make sure we had the best time!! Thank you guys. The only thing that was concerning was that the front desk didn’t mention some of the deals they had in regards to saving money on purchasing credit upfront. We had spent most of our evenings at the resort and racked up quite a bill which could have saved us 20% had we pre paid however they only mentioned it to us at the end of the stay. They also nearly overcharged on the bill until I had noticed the prices didnt add up which they then rectified. Other than that it literally is what you’d expect from a 5* resort with some of the best bar and restaurant staff!
