From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception staff, all incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with any questions about the area. Their hospitality made us feel at home right away. The property is surrounded by lush greenery, with a beautiful tropical garden and a charming koi pond, a peaceful spot to relax and unwind. The hotel also offers a large and well-maintained swimming pool, a relaxing spa, and a fully equipped gym, perfect for both leisure and wellness. The restaurant is excellent: breakfast was included and it was abundant, varied, and of great quality—an ideal way to start the day. In the evening, we enjoyed the indoor lounge, where the bartenders prepared fantastic cocktails. The bar is impressively stocked, especially with liquors and whiskeys, and the atmosphere is perfect for winding down. In short: impeccable staff, beautiful green surroundings, complete facilities, and high-quality dining. If we could give a rating, it would definitely be 100 stars out of 5 ✨✨✨. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Labuan.
