I stayed around 9 days at this hotel. Clean, cheap and friendly staff specially the lady called Bita. The room stuff is not totally new but still clean. If you are not happy with the room you can ask to change it. A bit noisy from the window early in the morning but that's not only this hotel, all hotels around same case because the area is so busy. Wifi is good enough though I'm in 2nd floor. The stairs for me is ok. When I go out and back to hotel I had to press a bell on the main door, I didn't like it, but it's ok. The hotel area got many restaurants and location is good near the river.
