Morning Glory Guest House

I have stayed at Morning glory 3 times. It is a house in a very pretty part of Kuching, not far from the city centre. There are trees and gardens around the area. The rooms are very private, quiet and spacious. The bathrooms are great - clean, new and with hot water. I particularly like the upstairs bathrooms. The balcony is a very nice place to chill. There is also a common room area, with a large tv, and computer for guests to use and a big kitchen, well stocked with utensils appliances, with a kitchen table and also filtered water. Wifi is very fast. I needed to get some work done, and it was very easy here, as the rooms have a desk, aircon and a window - therefore natural light. Bikes are available for guests use, and the guesthouse is only a 10 minute bike ride to an Olympic sized pool, which is fantastic to take a dip in on a hot day.....of which there are many in Kuching. Jambu is a nice bar and restaurant nearby, and a little further afield is Bar Ruai. Also good. The owner is great. I will definitely stay here again.
