I booked directly through the hotel for 3 nights , though the operators are running business from v next building so the check in counter was located there but i experienced check in was very smooth absolutely no issues in finding the place. Well trained staff to help you anytime. apartments are clean , cozy & comfortable . I was so happy with daily housekeeping my valuable items were not touched from its place. Highly recommended for all type of stays. :) and yes LRT & MRT are on few mins walking distance v convenient to go around KL and explore. Definitely coming back again for longer stay.
