Mirage Residences

We checked into mirage for 4 nights, however we had pre-booked the apartment from the previous night so we could check in as soon as we arrived at 7:30 am. Mirage was in contact with me from a week ahead to ensure they were aware of our check in time. When we arrived at the property at 7:30am, we were greeted by a representative. Check in took only a few minutes. The apartment itself was lovely. Spacious, spotlessly clean and full of light. We booked the executive apartment which had 3 rooms. 2 ensuite and one with a washroom next to the bedroom. Housekeeping ensured that our towels were changed and the apartment was cleaned every day. There is plenty of utensils and pans for cooking, which makes group stays all the more convenient. A short walk away there is watsons followed by a few eateries and a 10 minute walk to the Petronas. The pool and jacuzzi were a welcome relief. Although the pool was a little cold, bearable though. Check out process a only a slight delay , but once a representative got there, it was flawless. The property even kept our luggage until 5pm and let us access a few bathrooms before our flight. Mirage will be our number one choice when in KL. What a lovely stay with lovely staff. Flawless. Tip- access cards are required for every entry and exit to the property and pool/gym area and you are only given one key.
