The place is now more pleasant after refurbishment 👍 The room is clean and comes with a safe box and a single sofa, comfortable enough for a budget hotel. Loves the portraits on the hallway as well as I’m an art lover. Definitely recommended! 

Easy access to tons of cafes downstairs. I especially love Big Boss HSP located right below

Best Budget Hotel In the Area!

We have just seen the other reviews and first of all we can say that the place has changed. They refurbished and the place looks okay now. But, our experience wasn't the best either. We arrived at 23:00 but there seemed to be no one there. We were knocking on the glass door, trying to ring (did not work) and after 15 min we saw the owner who had woken up. It was a bit awkward entering the hall upstairs as he was clearly sleeping on the floor there. We were given our room but noticed after a while that we didn't have enough towels but we knew the owner was sleeping in the hallway so we felt too awkward to wake him up. The room was clean, the shower was okay but the sink was not very clean (hairs and dust). I think we would have given the place a 'good' if it wasn't for the horrible noise that kept us awake for three hours long. It was a strange sound as if someone was trying to scrape a way through the wall and it was keeping us from sleeping.

They refurnished and changed the place

I normally am happy to stay pretty much anywhere but with this hostel we checked in and one hour later we had already checked out. We were suppose to stay for three nights but we couldn't even manage more than an hour! The place is absolutely filthy, mould all over the walls, we were given one small blanket which had holes in and smelt like it had never been washed! I asked to change it and we were given an equally small and filthy blanket. The owner was smoking everywhere (even the ladies toilets?!) and he was asleep the whole time we were there so we had to wake him up to let us in and out. Also the shower is over the toilet. It is very cheap so perhaps if you are on a very tight budget it is ok but I would definitely not recommend it! Oh and also on the confirmation it has the wrong place on the map so we went all the way to another hostel and then had to get another taxi to this one.

Ok so let's start with the things that were ok: 
The bed was OK. confortable and clean. The hotel is well situated. 

Now for the rest. First, they had to come and pick us up at the airport. They never came. When we asked them why, they told us that the car was broken. So what would they tell that they do that? We asked to be refund for the metro, they told us no. 

Apart from that, the AC was malfunctioning. I had to restart it several times. And it's hot as hell in this hostel! 

The rooms are not clean except for the bed. The walls are really dirty. And trust me, we have seen a lot of dirty rooms in our trip!

When I asked him to call a taxi for the airport the following day, he told me "I don't know" and never did it. I had to order a Uber myself. 

And finally, when we let our review on booking (not a good one), he said we didn't show up just to avoid the review. 

Flee from this place, people! For this price, you can find something much better!

Filthy place, full of dirt anywhere. We were bitten by bed bugs me and my boyfriend did not sleep all night. The sheets were dirty and full of hair, walked into our room we found dirty underwear behind the door and near the foot of the bed a few used condoms! SCENE DISGUSTING! Despite having booked two weeks before the room was not available so gave us one near the reception, noisy already from early morning! in a nutshell .... A CRAP!

ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED

What to say... a real pig! dirty, disgusting... for real fearless! If you're a fan of bed bugs, ticks and cockroaches, this is the place for you! managed (very badly) by Indian people who certainly didn't understand the meaning of hospitality! The tempting price of a few euros a night made me book this absurd guesthouse for 3 nights but after spending the night in the open, trying to defend myself from various attacks from the local wildlife, I decided to escape the next morning.

It's hard to get any worse.

DO NOT GO: Both the room and the bathroom were very dirty and full of spiders! Under the bed were even empty plastic bottles and other garbage! Our room had no key and so to get in we had to call the staff who opened it with the nails. Unacceptable! The only positive note was the friendly staff.

No, not me!

Absolutely NO! very dirty, tiny, really unsuitable bathroom... full of insects, spiders, dust... my room was practically in the hallway. without even the key!! towels to throw away.
