I neede a place convenient to the KLCC. Booked a two bedroom apartment as it seemed better value than what hotels were offering for a single room. Turned out to be a great choice. Received good instructions to the self-check-in. SoHo suites also offer a good airport transfer service for competitive prices. 
Nicely furnished rooms on the 43rd floor, with a great view of the Petronas Towers and the KLCC park. The apartment was huge for just me on my own. 
Room wasn't cleaned when I arrived but just one phone call was needed to have it well cleaned immediately and any further inquiry was always immediately responded to during the week I stayed. Highly convenient if you rather stay self-catering in this city.
Washer and dryer were available in the apartment, but I didn't use them. The second bedroom was small and had no windows, but also was not needed. Recommend the place for two adults and two kids max. but four adults will fit. The kitchen could do with a couple more plates, glasses and textiles.

Great apartment , great views, great location

Friendly staff. The drying machine didn't work in our room so we got a free upgrade on a higher floor. The view is nice evem though you see mostly construction sites. Not very well-organized but clean enough.

Pretty nice

Read my comment till the end: I booked an appartment run by Leala (via booking.com and paid exactly the same price shown on the confirmation). The apartment is big, sparkling clean and comfortable with all what I needed (fully-equipped kitchen, kitchenware, microwave, watching machine, dryer, fridge,iron, hairdryer, smart TV, cleaning detergents, shoe rack, hanging rack, etc). The furniture is new (there are big wardrobes to store your clothes)and the view is Wonderful(I can see the twin towers and KL Menara through my room).You should pay 100ringitt for cleaning service if you request it. The cleaning staff do a great job. They would put free bottles of water on your table everyday.(when we arrived the first day there plenty of free noodles  for kids, free coffee and free bottles of water).The host JP is so nice and caring and he accommodated our special requests very professionally. Communication with him is so smooth. He lives in the same building so he will come down quickly to check you in as soon as you arrive just give him a call (we bought a Malaysian mobile number at the airport with internet connection and that made our life easy!)I do not understand all the negative reviews on SOHO which is apparently run by different companies. In any case Soho by Leala is GREAT and it is a walking distance to the city center and the major parks, malls and kids attractions.

Very secured accomodation in the center of KL.  The place is fully furnished, everything you will need is there.  The kind host welcomed us with some drinks and biscuits.  
We are in the 15th floor but water supply is good.  Towels are clean and toiletries are provided.
Will definitely stay there again when we come back.

Definitely coming back

Booked a 2 bedroom apartment from booking.com and manage by ALOHA. The communication was easy and fast. Contacted the contact person and he showed us the parking and showed us the apartment. The apartment is clean and well furnish with complete appliances such as iron and hair dryer. The kitchen was well equipped as well. Had a great stay and checking out was smooth and hassle free. Would recommend people to book an apartment manage by ALOHA.

We booked to stay here after being assured by the agent that we could use the pool for free. Lies! When we arrived our key was left at the guard station and we entered the apartment with absolutely zero information about the apartments, pool, WiFi or local attractions - the first time we have ever stayed somewhere with such poor reception. As we didn't have Malaysian sim cards we were relying on WiFi to access information on emails but despite repeated emails and calls to the number provided we were not given any assistance or WiFi password. We ended up paying over $A100 to use the pool for the two days we were there as the pool is owned by a private company - not the information we were given. We would never have booked here if we had to pay for the pool but as this was the end of our long holiday and it was hot we gave in and paid so we could all relax and cool off by the pool. The security guards are rude and less than useless and with any help and advice on where to buy groceries in the area. After we were kicked out by the guards at the end of our stay we kept the key cards so we could stay by the pool until it was time to catch our airport transfer. We accessed the apartment again to look for a lost item only to find that new people had checked in - the bedding had not been changed and was exactly as we had found it. We assume this means that we also slept on used bedding. Disgusting. If you want to stay in an apartment with dirty bedding, no WiFi, zero greeting or local information and an expensive pool book here. We will never recommend this place to anyone.

AVOID!

Only the location was great but the rest etc service it's terrible, we have to wait for the host nearly a hour to collect keys. Toilet can't flush properly, no tv channel to watch, hall/rooms are dirty not clean properly. If you want to use the swimming pool have to pay per head RM 50. Accommodation was not cheap for 4 night stay totally not worth spending money there.

Horrible Stay at Soho Suite

This property is more of a rented service apartment, hence there will be limited or no facility on site. From a cost stand point, it is definitely value for money - you get a larger accommodation for the price of a hotel room.

Its location is somewhat convenient, there is a bus stop across the road but the train station is slightly off. It is near KLCC (about 15 - 20 minutes walk) , the KLCC Aquaria and the shopping mall. 

The check-in process is to call the property upon arrival, where an agent would meet you on the main entrance and bring you up to your room. There is no reception / lobby per say. Similarly, check-out process is also to call the property number to have an agent check out the room prior to your departure.

The car park is underground, very narrow and not very well lit. Although there are security guards guarding the car park entrance, we were not very comfortable with it. Also, the car park is chargeable (not owned by this property), although it has a flat rate (maximum) of 16 ringgit overnight.

There is a medium sized pool, a cafe and a provision shop on the common 3rd floor, which seems rather empty at times. Most of the residents are typically out sightseeing.

In overall, value for money accommodation, but do not expect much i terms of facility. Okay for stop over and transit, not much activity for kids in the property.

Road Trip Stop Over #1

We rented 3 apartments for a group of our friends from another country and I must say that the most distinctive thing is the service. Especially the supervisor by the name of Harun. The guy stays up till 7am to ensure everything was in order and checks with us almost on a daily basis through calls and messages and whatever matters was raised to him he always said yes and got them settled almost immediately. Always look for Harun and know that although facilities are important, which in this case this is not a shabby place, but more importantly its the human touch and this place has plenty of that in Harun.

Excellent Service

I stayed for 4-5 nights in soho suites as I was looking for a comfortable and well located place. I also wanted a place with a pool so the add in booking.com that says the rental includes the pool convinced me that it meant I could use the pool without any extra costs. Not true. There is a pool but you have to pay to use it. 

Plus, check in was complicated, they ask you to call the agency but it is complicated to do so when you are traveling with no phone connection. 

The place had a moisture smell, the toilet had a leak... not worth it, I am sure that for the price you can find something way better.
