Clean, tidy and safe. Lovely reception area to sit and wait for friends a taxi. Purified water available at reception from the machine. Notelets available for tours and hire cars, and the wonderful staff can help you arrange a tour, transport, transfers etc. house keeping every day! Laundry opposite and to the left. 7/11 approx 2 shop fronts away. Night market about 50 meters Lots of yummy places to get food in the area (I tried quite a few of them but not all of them) Maybank opposite and to right. A great base for looking around the city. A short taxi ride or bus ride to jesselton pier which is just a little past suria sabah!!! You can walk but I find I was intrigued with suria sabah and should have gone to jesselton pier in better time. The hotel has aircon, television, and a lovely gift shop, I had to resist. 24 hour reception which makes it feel much safer. I was very disappointed that this place was booked out when I wanted to stay. Almost did not write a review because I don’t want to miss out on getting a booking. Hope to stay again one day soon, thank you to all the staff at Sri Iskander. 🙏🏻😊🙏🏻
