we luv this place as washing machine, pots and pans, mugs and cups are all in the kitchen.  as it was situated on the 10th floor, the view was amazing.  i complained on the air condition,  maintenance crew was right on the door step within an hour.

The 3 bedrooms and beds are excellent.  they need to improve on the liquid soap in the washroom.  the crew are great,  they were on hand to clean the place up.  friendly crew and staff.  luv to stay there again.

our stay on 7th - 11 th March 2013

Good location and swimming pools. Not expensive (thank goodness) Spacious apartments but so much is poor quality or doesn't work. We had 2 bathrooms but one toilet immediately blocked and wasn't fixed, one shower didn't work and the other had no curtain. Luckily we had a 3 bedroom apartment but only needed 2 as one airconditioner didn't work. The door to the washing machine and rubbish bins was jammed. Towels were very poor quality & there was no shower mat.

Needs Maintenance

Bad:
1. We got free upgrade from 3 duplex rooms apartment to 4 rooms penthouse according to the management and they locked the 4th room due to my booking was only for 3 rooms. I thought that was funny. If that the case the management shouldn't have said it is free upgrade. 
2. The penthouse has broken sofa set.
3. No dressing tables in the rooms
4. And one of the room were a storeroom for their management and their employee came to get extra bed for another room. 
5. The curtains were white thin layered. Allowed the sunshine to come in and made the rooms too bright and made us to wake up by 6am everyday. It is a vacation management should know that we are here not to be up that early. Pls get a thick layered curtain so the customer has options.
6. We got transferred to another apartment which was much better but the shower heater wasn't working probably, we tried reducing the water temperature but it wasn't and I felt it was to hot and had hard time showering.
7. Toilet leg mats wasn't given and the toilets has not bidets.

Good:
1. Close to a lot good restaurants
2. Close to the boat transits to the islands and water front.

I hope the management will improve so customers will have better experience in future. Thank you.

Bad Experience

What ever you do make sure you see the room first as the first one we had was my last review A 2 02-06 and it is a pig .
We moved today after talking to mgr and are now in D2 06-06 
Bigger very clean and liveable
