Milano Hotel

Excellent hotel for the money. Highly recommended. Room was clean and furnished with high quality carpet and furniture. There are plenty of parking space in front of the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful to guide us on how to turn on the water heater. Highly recommended.

The hotel still consider new. All the facilities are well keep. Staff are friendly & helpful. Room is clean, water in the bathroom are in right presure. Ample of parking nearby hotel, if check in after 7pm. Value for money

New Hotel

Excellent stay

This hotel price is reasonable.We stayed at the second floor's room,we carried the luggage is a bit troublesome because no lift in this hotel.The staff is friendly. The room is small and little dusty but it is OK.The shower holder  is defeat makes us a bit unconvenient. My father and mother can't sleep well because of the noise from outside(I think is the karaoke).The location is OK, near the壁画街 and you also can walk to the restaurants nearby or parkson.
I think this hotel is OK because it is cheap but the noise from the karaoke is annoying.

Ok lah...

The good side:
The room is nice, room size is cosy for me . Shower pressure is good, simple toiletries . Clean toilet, aircon good. Location is near bus terminal and famous Kluang Coffeeshop

The bad side:
Some stains on the towel and bedsheet, pillows are hard and uncomfortable . Somewhere nearby , dont know which pub , they blasted their techno noise from 12am until 6am !!!!!!  I couldnt sleep that whole night . The best is to get a room with no window. I really dont know how the locals deal with such noise . Wifi is so weak, so better to get the local simcard or your own portable wifi. TV not much movie channels, tv reception is also weak. 

No lift at hotel is not an issue for me .

Nice room , affordable BUT ..........

A nice and comfortable stay for 1 night.  Greeted by friendly receptionist able to speak little English. It's a walk up 4 storey hotel with no elevator/ lift. Hotel rooms start from 2nd floor to 4th level. Room rates are based which floor you are staying on top level being cheapest. Rates exclude tourist hotel tax. Room is clean and neat. White fittings are well Maintain. Air-con,  Wi-Fi,  TV and safe box provided.  Bath room is also clean except the water is not really hot but water pressure is good. Location is smack in the middle of kluang town. Eateries is within walking distance. Carparks plenty but no free parking. Parking coupon is advice to display. Can buy from hotel itself.  Will stay there again in terms of room rates and cleaniness when I visited kluang again. 
P/s : Parking enforcement officer is quite on the ball between 8am to 5pm.Buy your parking coupon ahead usable in kluang only.  After 12midnight 7-11 don't sell parking coupons same goes to petrol station. Alternative buy from hotel staff if available. 


Road Trip

Pro:
1. Location - Great location. Middle of Kluang Town. Everything close by.
2. Parking by coupon where you can get at nearest stall or distributor. Consider cheap
3. Comfortable and nice mattress
Con:
1. Non Smoking room smell smoke. Really annoying
2. Broken lamp. I don't bother to ask for different room, not worth my time. But because of this, the room only has 30% light
3. Slippery bathroom. This is not a joke. Really slippery
4. Soundproof really bad. I can hear bird outside, rain on top of ac unit outside the room.
