Location: a little bit far from the city centre, need 10 mins of driving to the city, however, the local area is very quite and peaceful 
Facilities: very good, it has all you need, coffee or movie disc... 
However, on the first day, I had a small problem with the light, but after chatting with them, they changed the room. I really appreciated it

A very good homestay

I know this place is very very cheap.. but sometimes cheap can be good. But not in this place. 

Communication with the owner/host was very good. He was quick to respond and let us in to the property straight away when we arrived, through the automatic door and camera system. 

First impressions was not welcoming as there was a bad smell of damp and musty scent. It also looked different to the pictures on the posting on airbnb. I heard a non stop trickling water sound coming from the kitchen area.. it was the toilet that kept flushing nonstop. Which is not only annoying but also not eco friendly as well. 

Our room was like a makeshift bedroom that had been put up for the night. Literally not even 1m x 2m big. It smelt so bad of damp and was humid inside. There were also ants crawling in the bed every night.. 

I did not even have a shower at this place because the shower was inside the toilet cubicle. I have never seen that anywhere in my life. 

I had to cancel our booking and leave after 2 nights. I could not  stay here that long as it was off putting and also not a nice welcoming area to stay in.

We had booked this property for one night in August 2016 requesting a superior en-suite room . When we arrived there was note on the board outside saying sorry our booked room was not available and would room 3 be acceptable . It was a very basic double room with no shower or toilet facility(therefore "shared") . We had booked 2 rooms but the owner had given access codes for three (must have had a premonition) , the other was ground floor room 5 which was en-suite , we took this . Telephone calls on 2 numbers we had were not replied to but an e-mail saying we would pay the same price as our colleague in room 6 was acknowledged with agreement. The room was fairly basic , the bedding was tired in appearance , the pictures on the booking site were obviously taken in favourable light and made the room look much better than was in truth . Both our rooms had a smell coming from the en-suite room drainage point , the sink had black mould on the mastic and the sink down pipe was covered in an unpleasant brown coating. We had arrived late on a rainy evening and decided to stay put for the night , the taxi from JB Sentral was RM18 and the only way to get back was to stand outside in the wet and hope for a taxi to come along , there are no staff here .
We got the impression talking to another resident that at least 2 of the rooms are let on a semi-permanent basis and other guests get the remains . Overall we felt that this was a poor choice for us , easily the worst in a 3 week visit to Indonesia and Malaysia although costing no more or less than much better rooms.
I do not like writing negative reports but felt in this case I had to as it has a rating on other sites , in my opinion , that is way too high.

Un-Homestay

The room was on the first floor, there was no soundproofing at all, it felt like everything was going on right in your room. All the doors were locked, and the front door was always banging loudly when it opened, and the residents loved going back and forth in the middle of the night, so it was hard to sleep. The room had a window. It went out into the yard to the refrigerator, you could see who was eating:) But the room itself looked like it was on the sidewalk through this window, i.e. You can't see naked if you're not an excursionist, of course.

They got good reviews, but they were disappointed.

Its very privacy n clean. Landlord so good n trustable. Private car park.  Just bring cloths.  Others everything is there. Near to amenities. 
Camera all around with panic button link to police station n fire engine.

Budget n valuable

We stayed here for six nights and were super happy. Our room was clean and had our own bathroom. Also, there was the possibility on the terrace to wash clothes and use the fridge with us. There was even free water, coffee and small snacks. Everyone there was super nice and friendly - we can only recommend the accommodation.
