Had a lovely stay at this Timeshare 2 bedrooms apartment at Birch the Plaza, Penang Time Square with my girlfriends. Location very central to shops,  church and hawker stall food only 5mins walk opposite the Sunway Hotel every night. Best charcoal fried kway grow with long queue of at least 40mins long!!!

Centrally located with many food and shopping around. 
It is just above the Penang Times Square.
Many restaurants in the mall and a food court as well.
Night markets available in different parts of the town every night. 
A night food street just across the apartment. 


I booked a homestay with Alvin & Danny for 5 adults and my two and four-year old boys. The apartment was comfortable and neat with everything which we needed. It was not cramped and all of us slept comfortably. Check-in was brief and the view from the apartment was lovely. There were alot of good food just within 5-10mins walking distance. The mall downstairs had a food court which we could get a great dinner from. Reasonably priced too! Great stay overall! Feels like home and it was peaceful all night.

Big red banner are display to show that the residents don't like the service apartment/homestay operation in Penang Times Square. The residents there are UNFRIENDLY toward the service apartment/ homestay guests. This is not a hotel or commercial apartment.

i stayed in this times square block 77, and i felt something abnormal like someone is pressing on me, then i move to block 79 where i felt the same. i worried this place is haunted. no more stay in penang times square
