Swiss-Garden Beach Resort Kuantan

We stayed here from 15–17 August (2 adults, a 10-year-old, and a 1-year-old baby) under the Seaside Indulgence package booked directly through the hotel website, and it was such a wonderful experience! Arrival & Check-in Even though the hotel is currently undergoing some renovation, arrival was smooth. Luggage handling was fast and efficient—our bags reached the room almost immediately. The receptionist was very accommodating, and I really appreciated that they arranged a baby cot for us and even helped to pre-book the pickleball court (part of the complimentary package). Room Our room was newly renovated, very clean, and had a spacious work desk where I could catch up on some office work at night. There were plenty of plug points, which was very convenient. The sea view from our room was beautiful, and the lifts were quick and efficient even though the hotel was busy. Dining The restaurant has been newly renovated and looks beautiful. Since we booked directly, our package came with a complimentary à la carte dinner, but the staff kindly upgraded us to the buffet without any hesitation. Lunch was also included as a buffet, which made the Seaside Indulgence package really worth it. One of the highlights for us as parents was how child-friendly the restaurant was—kids were given plastic cartoon plates and baby chairs, which allowed us to enjoy our meals peacefully. A very special thank you to Rafiq, Izlyn, Arysha, Rizqy, Aryna, Shima, and the entire ground team for their warm service and attentiveness. Shima’s courtesy call to check on our stay was a thoughtful touch that made us feel truly cared for. All the staff went above and beyond, and their hospitality really stood out. Beach & Activities The beach was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, and it did not disappoint—wide, clean, and safe for families. At night, there was even a fire show, and activities like ATV rides added to the fun. Kids Pool Our kids loved the children’s pool with the slides—it quickly became one of their favorite spots. Overall, this has become one of our favorite family hotels. We will definitely be back again
