I am so happy, to stay 3 nights in this house.
My room is clean, smells good because is tidyed up every day.
The lady owner is so friendly. 
The location is perfect.
I will definitely come in next visit.

Right by Jonker Street. We booked a room with an en-suite (attached). We were upstairs ( the stairs were very steep) . Not many others there so was quiet. Owner was very pleasant. When she wasnt there the parents were there, but their English wasn't so good. Room had air con and a fan, so nice and cool, but basic furniture as room was small. Owner booked us a taxi when we left. No kettle in room, but you can make hot drinks downstairs.

The place was quite clean around Jokan walk in Malacca. Two beds with Aircon. $50 ringgits per night. Toilet and bath rooms outside. It has free wifi. Hot water from Heater for showers and free hot and cool water to made coffee and tea. Friendly Malay receptionist in front desk.

I was travelling solo, arrived at the doorstep, only to be greeted by a strong stench of urine, and a receptionist who looked like she just got out of bed, and was not even interested in serving me when I asked "I've made a reservation, did you receive it?" 

Upon walking to my room on the ground floor, I passed by the first room, door opened, with an old man laying on what seemed to be a clean mattress, with folded blankets, legs wide open. My heart sank.

While it's clean on the inside, the bedroom I stayed in, did not look anything like we see in the pictures..i shared bathroom was clean but smelt like pee as well. 

I'm never going back there, save yourself Rm100 a night please.

I was so scared, I left few hours after checking in

Am here now, would recommend if you are not fussy. Very basic but meets my requirements, coz all i needed was a room to crash after walking aling jonker. Got the room on the upper floor with attached bathroom. Nice comfy bed, wifi works perfect, heater works fine, price is right en pointe.
