Best One Hotel

The room is basic, with tv, good bed, and they serve mineral water for the guests near the receptionist, so you can refill as many times you want, and there's free wifi.

The place is also strategic to go around.
next to the hotel is congee rice noodle restaurant which has various good food with good value.

Staffs are helpful and they also have melaka tourists maps that you can take.. A good one night stay for me and dad.

A basic room with helpful staff

A sticky quite dirty floor small room with medium hard bed, soft pillow, hot shower, toilet, basin, aircon, 1 dirty small table, 2 chairs, wifi, NO lift on 3 floors, but NO clothes cupboard. There is a small table , 2 chairs and free hot water, coffee, tea at ground floor. Recomended price under USD9. Walking distance very rural far to some nice food and most 30mins away. Visit nearest famous places nearby is 30mins away.

Only for tight budget room if can withstand

A great place to stay at night after a long day holiday. The receptionist was an uncle, he's very friendly. The deluxe room was big enough for us, 4 adults. The hotel located in strategic place as :
1) a short walking distance to ATM machine, 
2) many restaurants across the road
3) walking distance to Dataran Pahlawan, Mahkota Parade, & Jonker Street

Come and relax.

We couldnt really find some rooms at that night so I decided to book at the hotel. I know that I cant expect too much coz t was really cheap. For its price and location indeed it was worth the money. It is just few minutes walking from Mahkota Parade. The room itself was so basic, I agree but the aircond works well and the room was clean and spacious. They didnt have any family rooms so I booked a room with some extra beds and I found out it was still somewhat enough for 4 adults. 
If u are on a budget, this hotel should be on ur list. Oh we finally extended one night here coz my mom thought it was okay to stay another night since we only came back to the hotel for a slepp. My point is, if my mom doesnt complain that means, she can bear with this very budget hotel, and you may wanna try that mehahahaha.
Just one thing, try to get a room downstairs, coz they dont have lift. Te hotel doesnt serve any food but dont worry because there are a lot of foodstalls nearby. If ur diet is halal food, there is one restaurant serves bfast and lunch with various kinds of seafood, indian food and Malaysian food. It is cheap and delicious. 
I cant recall how much exactly I laid for the hotel but it was very cheap. another plus points, it provides basic toiletries ( really really basic lol) and free mineral water everyday ( 1 bottle/ person)

location and a place to sleep

If you're on a budget and just need a place to crash for the night then it's okay. 

I stayed here for a night and paid RM68.

The pro's:
- really near the tourist spot about 10-15mins walk
- 5 mins away from Melaka Megamall which is the bus stop for Panorama bus #17. ( the bus I rode from Melaka Sentral and just paid RM2 for the fare
- aircon and hot shower works

The con's:
- in front of a pub that could get noisy
- the walls are too thin you could hear the people on the other room.
- the comfort room walls is dilapidated
- the bed sheet looks unwashed
- the front desk doesn't speak fluent English 

I won't be coming back.

It's okay

We had the last room and that might have been the worst one they have but the toilet leaked in a ramshackle bathroom, the wall had very large most stains, the lighting was so bright it felt we were in a 7/11 and the bed linen had a dodgy stain in it. Not up to standard or to previous reviews. Also quite a bit of a walk to the Unesco site.

Wifi did not reach up in the room. We had to go downstairs to reception

Poor shape

Rude staff doesn't even help customers.. bad service .. bad hotel.. not worth the price.. Room are fully book. last minute cancel.. Rude staff scolding customer when asking what happen.. Really not recommended
