This guest house is a good choice if you are in a tight budget. Ac is working, shower heater is also fine, although it is shared, they maintain cleanliness. There's a sink inside the room and they will provide small soaps just like in the hotel. Other than that, wifi is also working. The front door is secured with cctv, you need to buzz if you don't have the access card and they will open the door for you.1 pair of sleeper will be provided. Plus, it is just 6-10 mins walk to the main tourists sites.

Description said private bathroom so we expected a shower and toilet but the room had a basin and plastic partition for shower but no toilet.  He toilets were shared with guests and staff.  They were squat toilets as  and there were only two one on each floor.  The room we were given was on a main thoroughfare and really noisy.  There was no one on reception for the 6 days we stayed there apart frin check in.  We had to discover the towels in a cupboard and eork out how to leave the buildimg.  Press the emergency button by the door.  The guy in charge sleeps all day and we had to wake him up after i found the desk bell and ask him to clean the new room we had agreed to move to as nothing had been done afyer check im time.  They had a kitchen and fridge we were told we could not use it despite other guest reviews which said that they were able to.  The room at the back was large the beds were clean and we had a pass key do thre was no curfew and it was much quieter than our original room.  Bad value for money there are better rooms with ensuite for the same price or a little more.  However it is close to the river and town.
