Construction Update - The Londoner Macao The main entry and porte-cochere of the Sheraton Grand Macao will close from Monday 1 March 2021. Guests will be dropped off at The Londoner (Crystal Palace) main entrance, or the existing ‘East Lobby’ bus terminal at the rear of the complex. Guest shuttle services and taxis will relocate to the new The Londoner main entrance. Arriving guests will be directed from their arrival point to the temporary check in lounge located on Level 4 of the Sheraton Grand Macao that is complete with check in counters, luggage storage, a dedicated Marriott Bonvoy counters, as well as express check-out. Guests arriving by car will still be able to park in the underground car park from the existing entrance (Sheraton driveway) with changes to the driveway to maintain access. The check in desk in the Main Lobby of the hotel will be relocated to Level 4 of Sheraton from Tuesday October 27, 2020. The Main Lobby check in facilities will no longer be operational after this date to make way for a brand new check in area.The temporary check in area will be located on Level 4 of the hotel complex.
