Amasing huge flat, brilliantly located with bus stops and delicious bakery/coffee downstairs..Highly recommended

Everything is good, but there is no lift. We have baby and stroller so it was difficult (we got a room on third floor) but it s ok, so near from halte(bus stop). The kitchen is good, the bathroom so comfort,

Clean, comfortable

Amazing apartment - only issue was it's located at the 5'th floor - but there's an elevator to 4'th floor.Nice apartment with 10! places to sleep. as a family of 6 - we was able to spread out in the 4 rooms (including the living room) - and 2 toilets.

Great Place

While searching for a hotel for my family of 5 to come visit me for a week in Luxembourg, I came across the Queen Luxury Apartments.  The price was far less than the cost of hotels in Luxembourg.  

The check in was easy.  A time was agreed upon earlier in the day and we met the staff to get the keys on the agreed time.  The apartment was huge.  We were on the first floor (2nd floor for Americans).  4 bedrooms each with double beds and one crib, two baths (one stall shower, one hand shower/tub, plus a large two person tub),  a living room, dining room, and eat in kitchen.  Wifi also worked well.

My biggest concern was would the place be cool.  It was unusually warm in Luxembourg (90Fs = 32-35C).  With the fans provided and the breeze form the open windows, they apartment cooled down well... this is coming from Americans who live in air conditioning.  Despite the windows being open, the location was very quiet at night. 

The only issues my family were not happy about is that they wish there was more than one key.  With 5 people in and out at different times, this would have helped.  My mom also wanted more instruction on where to put the trash and where to get bin liners.

My family will stay here again when they come to Luxembourg.

Great property

The location, near the Gare, is convenient, but the neighborhood is not the greatest.  Namur, great patisserie, is next door.  The 5th floor apartment is large, but it requires a walk up a flight of stairs. The elevator is tiny and 50 years old. Kitchen is adequate but certainly not luxury.  Same with bathrooms.  Stall shower is very small. Kept hitting the faucet, which changed the water temp.  Living room couch is not very comfortable. Check-in was not convenient.  Make sure you have the manager's number.  Not enough garbage bags or soaps.  For the price in Lux city it was worth it, but don't expect anything extraordinary.

The personnel is nice and helpfull.

The rooms are clean, and here in the Gemma we had an appartment , it had
new furniture, free internet,  a fully equiped kitchen.
What can you ask for more...
The bus to city center stops almost in front of the building.
Price is reasonable compared to other lower class establishments.

Very Clean and well arranged

There's no reception or any other option for check in except to make a call to the staff. This appear to be trouble when my phone is not working abroad without roaming option and my my european sim card doesn't have enough balance to make a call. Scrambled around to find a phone to make that call and the staff came to meet me on the street.

Poor check in procedure, otherwise excellent

.... but an apartment on the fifth floor in a shopping street with offices and apartments on he upper floor. Lift to fourth floor.  Adequately furnished but only one bathroom for up to eight guests.  Reasonable kitchen facilities, overall clean and spacious but expensive even by Luxembourg standards.  I understand here are several other similar 'villas' under the Queen Luxury Apartments brand.  The check-in process involves ringing a mobile phone number and waiting for someone to come with the keys and paperwork. No catering in the building, several reasonable restaurants within ten minutes walk.

Not a villa as such ...

Really handy to have an apartment for a longer stay in Luxemvourg as opposed to a hotel.Very spacious and clean and had everything I needed. Great location as well, so would use again on another visit.
