Stayed here for 5 weeks on a business trip, Flat 1 was perfect for me, 8 minutes walk to the Tram, old town 25 minute walk to the Gare train station 

Local supermarket and restaurants at the top of the road 

Apartment is cleaned once a week 

Great staff very helpful 

My only slight criticism would be the wifi logs you out but doesn’t bother me enough to knock a star off 

The little kitchen worked fir what I required, I’d stay here again.

Great stay

Overall a fairly nice hotel but not outstanding. Bed was not very comfortable and there was an issue with gaining access to the property.. I had called to give notice of arrival time (17:45) but upon arrival had to stand in rain ringing doorbell for access.  Not a good start. Shower was excellent Nice service and coffee in communal area.  Good value for Luxembourg

Functional

I guess cheap and kinda cheerful.  Wouldn't want to stay any longer than the one night.  Ideal though for a single night stop over, (what we were doing).  Rooms were not what we booked.  Folks were on the first floor which was dark and fairly small.  They had no windows and a portable aircon unit was inside of which was very noisy.  The room itself was clean, ensuite wet room with a 16" TV on the wall.  Our room was on the the 3rd floor, very similar set-up but with windows overlooking the side street.  No aircon in the room and so it was sweltering.  The shower was used and the water came from in the bathroom through the room towards the main door which wasn't helpful.  Breakfast is a bag with 2 slices of bread, jam and a carton of juice.  certainly not worth the extra money for.  Coffee machines were on the landing of each floor.  Wouldn't and couldn't really recommend it to be honest and wouldn't revisit.

The hotel was absolutely lovely, the staff were friendly and helpful when we ended up getting a little turned around. The hotel was very clean, and spacious, (some would say too big!) but if you are staying for any length of time this is perfect. There is your own little kitchen meaning you can save some money. We stayed for 2 nights and was very happy with how fast we could get into town. Very good for the price we paid

Absolutely fabulous 

I stayed there in a small studio for about a week and I think this place is a great value for money, it is walking distance to everything, Belair is a nice quiet neighborhood and this hotel is on the edge of Belair that is closer to the center of the city. Management was very accomodating, the room was ready for me to check in early when I arrived from an overnight flight, and then when I had to relocate to their other hotel near Parc de Merl for the second week of my stay, they were very kind to help me store and move my heavy luggage. 
The only thing I think could be improved is that the water that they provided for the coffee machine always ran out and there was no extra supply, so it would be nice to keep a couple of extra bottles. Overall I can definitely recommend this hotel. 

Great value, very helpful management

I was very disappointed by our stay in this apart- hotel. The room was horrible: we had appartment number 6 and the room has no access to the outside (yet it is charged the nomal price): the window opens on the hotel's lobby/staircase. It was therefore impossible to ventilate the room, and when I woke up, I felt like I was really missing fresh air. I am not even sure whether renting a room with no access to fresh air is legal. In addition, wifi was not for free - which is not the standard practice nowadays. On top of that, the manager was not helpful at all, and difficult to reach.

A room without a proper window!!!

We stayed Fri-Sun for a short weekend exploring in Luxembourg City, we arrived late on Friday eve but our check-in was made very easy, a clean, spacious and comfortable room with lovely bathroom and all the required basic facilities you'd need if you stayed longer (microwave, hob etc).
The staff were extremely helpful, looking after our bags after check out on Sunday, ordering a taxi and ensuring we were happy. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from the very centre of the city where you can find cafes, shops and restaurants. Also nearby is a very nice park where we spent a long sunny afternoon.

Smart, clean, comfortable and convenient stay 10 mins walk from city centre

The hotel is located 15 minutes walk to the city center and all main restaurants in an old-fashioned building. That's the only pros. Cons - outdated furniture, uncomfortable bed and thin pillows, the small kitchen is a joke, no hot water after 9 PM, the heating works very weak in winter and can't warm the room, 5 EUR per day for internet which quality and speed is like in the 90s. And all that luxury for 130 EUR per day - never again.

poor hotel

We were in top floor and had nice ceiling windows controlled by the remote control.
Everything was ok: bed was cosy, the bathroom was big and clean and kitchenette was handy.

Except: 
- We need to exchang quite a number of emails, because we wanted a vegan breakfast, which at first wasn't an option. But after numerous emails, we have got what we wanted. Thanks for that.
Next: in the farewell letter included text that we should clean the kitchenette. This wasn't a problem, but usually you don't demand from your guest to clean by themselves. 
Internet price: 13 per day or 25 per 3 days is a little bit high.
But: luckily, in the top floor we had access to free public WIFI (FreeCity).
There was some traffic noise from the street in the morning, but this wasn't a problem, because we had to get up early.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone, which wants to be near the city center.
