Everything was good. Communication and facilities were good. The swimming place was too good!. The only issue we faced was the instant heater in the bathroom, getting stable hot water was a huge problem. The instant water heater situation needs to be improved

And last the price does not include electricity and gas. You have to pay for the use of the energy.

Terrible

La Sapiniere is the perfect getaway to relax and enjoy nature. It's far enough from the noise of the city, but close enough for a day trip. The Brassiere makes delicious food! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The bungalows were the perfect size for our family of eight.

The apartment has very dodgy stairs, so bad that I slept on the couch for a week. My wife, daughter and friend carefully managed Biggest issue- the awkward steps in apartment.  Very steep and very dangerous.
The pool,  is ok if only 20 people show up, there were 20 sunbeds, in twos. We showed up a few times and there was no room. It's a bit weird that there are over 200 guests with a pool that only fits 20..?
There is a tennis court, which will cost extra. We used it twice, although it looked like it hadn't been swept since Easter.
Crazy golf is ok, again, extra cost. 
We used the (local)swimming pool for 2 hours everyday, remember to book up in advance else the strict staff will send you packing.  It's a nice pool, ignore the outdoor wow factor adverts, indoor pools are nice.
The Italian restaurant next to the pool is nice, as is the on-site dining, friendly staff.
Back to the apartment, its doable, just. We had a 4 person apartment with 2 bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen wasnt really useable, no room. We ate out each night. Just used kitchen for (cold) breakfast. 
I took my nespresso machine, which was a lifesaver. The fridge is literally right next to the toilet - see pics. 
Some of the neighbours partied till 3am, although it is strictly Quiet time after 10, unfortunately the reception closes early, and is completely closed on sundays?? So nowhere to complain.
People were drinking (alcohol) and smoking by the pool, although there are clear signs forbidding this. 
There is a beautiful forest next to the park, great walks available. 

Overall I thought it was expensive for what was offered. 
I was concerned about the electricity usage bill but needn't have, it was less than 10 euros for the week, NB we didnt use hot water - showered every day at the pool.
We didnt see any French people, just Dutch and a handful of English. 

Nb. If you use the tennis courts after 5pm, make sure you ask the person (at the bar) to sign that you returned them, as I got questioned twice (at reception) regarding the return of the key!

I would return, in a slightly bigger apartment which has a bedroom downstairs,if the price was ok.

Mixed feelings

I need to warn you: This is a fraudulent "opportunity". The prices appear cheap but with all the hidden costs they go sky- high.
Plus you may be accused of breaking things when you haven't done so, and asked to pay for them!!! So always take picture of everything when you arrive AND when you leave FOR YOUR OWN SECURITY, if you decide to stay there.

1. The rooms are nice but they don't have toilet paper when you arrive and you must pay extra for the towels. They advertise for 8 people but at the end the maximum number is 6.

2. They charge you extra for the cleaning in the beginning and at the end (around +-200 euros)

3. They charge you for the ... invoice (+-30 euros) 

4. They charge you for the electricity without showing you the meter before and after... And they charge whatever they like.

5. They ask you for a guarantee but you never get it back as whole. There is always a reason to keep some of the money. Read also experiences from other sights.

It is a pity that a place that would be nice has such a cunning management.

BEWARE! Nice place full of hidden costs that do not represent reality

We rented a 6 persons appartment. Overall good facilities. Beds and matrasses ok. Living space sufficient but not enough comfy seats to accommodat 6. Kitchen small  but ok for a few days. Two bathrooms one with shower and one with bath. Nice swimming facilities! Pricing good  but take into account an extra 50 euro for electricity!!! Surroundings nice, beautiful nature. Not many restaurants, villages a bit dull.

Good and neat accommodation

During holiday season starting New Year's Eve we rented an holiday home for 3 persons. The way to the parc may be a bit difficult because the name of the street is not showing up in a car gps. The nearby swimming pool AquaNat'Our can therefore also be of help. The appartments (all at ground level) are recently renovated and are very clean and complete in amenities. The surroundings of the parc are typical for Luxemburg, flat countryside, forests, and rocky hills (Vianden, Müllerthal!). The next to the parc located swimmingpool is great for families. Renting an appartment at La Sapinière gives automatically 2 free hours of swimming in this pool every day. The swimming pool is closed on 31 December and 1 January, but you'll get 3 hours on 2 January. Like everything in Luxemburg all touristic places are closeby. A visit to the capital city is also very rewarding. The city centre (high and low side) breathes history, it's like a big open air museum. Sporty people also must feel at home in Luxemburg, especially cycling and hiking are favourable.

Relaxing place in rustique Luxemburg

La Sapiniere, has everything you need for a fantastic vacation on a budge in the expensive country of Luxembourg. You get a bungalow for as many people you want to take with you (we were four), rent a car at the airport in Luxembourg city and drive to Hosingen. The trip from the airport to there is already an attraction that everyone should experience. I love Luxembourg because it is a small country with a very hold and fascinating history and it is also rich enough to compete with much bigger countries where the life style of its people and the wellfare they enjoy, do not allow for comparison. It is not wrong to assume that if you live in Luxembourg you are rich!

At La Saponiere you might enjoy the sophisticate and refined taste of this exclusive society for very affordable prices. The camping is close to all amenities and supermarkets where you can find the best French, German, Dutch, Luxembourg's cheese, meat, wine and a lot of fresh, Portuguese and Italian products, available to supply the local population, which is quite international.

Everyday we could visit a different city because everything is nearby. These idyllic country is the only one that can offer you, on a short time and on a single day, a fairy tale experience, by allowing you to visit the many different, romantic, medieval Castles and villages, as well, a breathtaking landscape at every corner. Not mentioning that you can from Luxembourg to France and back to Germany in less than a hour,depending of where you are.
