Comfortable, lovely family-run hotel situated up the hill.  I got there by bus from Clervaux, but later I was told that there was a shortcut from the town to the hotel.  The owner did not speak English well but was very friendly :) But note that the restaurant only serves breakfast.

Our biker group of 30+ took over this charming, family-run hotel for 3 nights. It is located up a hill just outside the attractive town of Clervaux, which has a castle and a good range of shops and restaurants. Our comfortable double room had ensuite with shower, balcony and wifi. The decor was homely and clean.

The breakfasts were of a good continental buffet standard with friendly service from the multi-lingual owners. To accommodate our needs they also put on a moderately priced, limited choice, three course evening meal. They were also willing to accommodate any dietary needs. Most of our group chose to eat in every evening and enjoyed being able to have a beer in the bar beforehand.

One day we experienced a torrential downpour so arrived back at the hotel absolutely drenched. The owners were fantastic in taking our kit and ensuring it was dry for the next day. Great service!

Just back from a 3 night stay at this comfortable hotel. The owners were very accommodating and friendly. Our room was lovely, comfortable and very clean. 

We ate in their restaurant each evening (there were 21 of us in total) and we could not fault any of the meals we had,they were all delicious. 

Breakfast was basic but ample. 

Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this beautiful area. 

Hotel St. Hubert is situated a few minutes drive up the hill from Clervaux, which is a lovely town with a fascinating history.  It's a no frills, family run hotel with reasonable rates, an elevator and free parking.  The owners are friendly and helpful.  Our room was a good sized double room with a balcony, which overlooked the valley.  (The hotel does not have a view of Clervaux, due to all the trees.  For a great view of the town, walk a few minutes down the main road to the lookout with the flags).  If you want to walk down to the town, there is a path through the woods right near the small chapel on the hotel grounds.  

Our room was comfortable and a good size.  Noise from the traffic on the road was instantly muted when we shut the window.  WiFi worked great.  The hotel is a bit dated, but that adds to its quirky charm.  Towels are poor quality, and there are soap dispensers in both shower and bathroom.  The breakfast was typically European, with breads, ham, cheese and homemade jams.  Eggs were a nice addition but they are soft boiled and you will need to let the ladies know if you want hard boiled.  The coffee was good.  

Clervaux has a very interesting history and had tragic moments in WW II when the town was surrounded by Nazi forces in December 1944, the castle was set on fire and the American forces were forced to surrender after a very tough battle.  The town was later liberated, and there is a monument to the American G.I. just off the town square which is a must see.  In the castle is the world famous photography exhibit, The Family of Man.  Also in the castle, you can see one of Patton's tanks, a very informative exhibit of WW II in the Ardennes and another of Luxembourg castles.  Above the town sits the Abbaye of St. Maurice.  Here you can experience mass with the Benedictine monks, or enjoy one of the Gregorian chant concerts offered throughout the year.  Clervaux is a great stepping off place to enjoy many beautiful areas of Luxembourg; there are nice restaurants and shops.

A nice stop-over in pretty Clervaux. Our room was a good sized twin with bath and shower had comfy beds and  plenty of space to hang clothes. The decor and furnishings remind you of your grandparents house and everything was nice and clean. There is lots of car parking and a garage for motorbikes/ bikes if there is room,  (none when we visited). The owner speaks good English and is friendly although always needed to be somewhere else (very busy).
A buffet breakfast is served between 8 and 10 which was very nice with plenty on offer. Clervaux itself is a 10 minute walk down the steep hill ( use the shortcut through the woods if you're able) and is a lovely place to visit.
