Stayed at the apartment no 245. The room doesn’t have ANY windows that opens, also, the window that exists is directed to the pool! Even tho the room was clean, I liked the bed, but it was really hot in the room + no windows + AC didn’t work (had to go and ask at the reception even to be able to turn it on, but cooling function wasn’t working), so it felt extremely claustrophobic. Asked for the room swap at the reception, but nothing. It’s not my first stay and they have much nicer rooms, so be aware what kind of rooms you are getting, because the stay may turn from relaxing to high discomfort and anxiety causing.

No window,- is this even allowed?

We wanted to stay somewhere nice in Druskininkai and chose this hotel as it looked good in pictures and provided an option for half board. Which we expected to be good as the hotel is 4*.
We cannot fault the rooms - as they were modern and had everything needed (apart with the overflowing water from the shower which is totally uncovered).

However, the food was really disgusting. It is clear that guest from the other hotel were having breakfast and dinner together in the same dingy, small room (reminiscent of soviet style), however the other hotel was considerably cheaper, old and 3* only.
Both nights for dinner it was the same food and we were rushed as there was supposed to be a banquet during the time of dinner.
And the food was really old school Lithuanian food with mainly potato, pancake and herring dishes in both breakfast and dinner. Very disappointing.

Would never stay again even though the rooms are good, but the whole environment and food was really disappointing.

Decent rooms, horrible food

I came to the hotel with my family for spa and to have relaxing time.
We got a room which was very nice .
But we couldn't sleep all nigh because they was loud musicr 
We called the receptionist all the time but they couldn't do anything. In the morning I asked to speak to the manager which was very unpolite and the only thing she could tell me is that she is sorry. I told her for me sorry is not enough
I don't recommend anyone to go to a a spa hotel when they don't know what is customer service. .

Very bad hotel !!!

Traditional exterior but exotic interior: smells, furniture, decoration. Still remains very comfortable. We were living in the suite. Two rooms, two tv, large balcony, large bathroom with shower. Dog was alowed for fee only. 

Exotic Thai style hotel

They really know how to treat their customers and the service is just fantastic. Everything from check in to check out goes very well and they make the vacation as comfortable as they can. 
The rooms are very nice, quiet and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to everyone going to Druskininkai. 

Fantastic hotel and service

It’s a fresh and stylish hotel. Good breakfest, nothing special but everything you may want to feel comfortable. The only disadvantage - the staff does not speak english. Bad that don’t offer meals late at night, because you want to eat after aquapark. 

Choose it when going to aquapark

We went to hotel flores for our wedding anniverssary! Firstly at the reception check in procedure was very unfriendly. The guy at the reception was rude and unhelpful. Although we booked a room with balcony, it was super small! Firstly, there was a problem with flushing toilet. They came to fix it, but left messy bathroom after repairs. Nobody was sent to clean up. Secondly, the water in the shower was not draining well. We had a full bathroom of water! It was awful. Really. We informed reception and again we were feeling guilty to have told that! Nobody apologized for inconviences. Reception staff was very rude again. Breakfast was taking place in a tacky, distastful room! No windows! And really small. The food itself was okey though. 

Flores hotel has an extremely beautiful lounge with flower wall! But you can go and enjoy it without being a hotel guest! What concerns rooms and service its so a 3 star hotel and not worth wasting money!
