Perfect stay! All is very good: the place the room , the food and all the others facilities in the hotel. Very good position. The personnel is very polite and warm. Very good experience for a stay for work or also for holiday. I will suggest the hotel

Good place

We stayed here for five nights as tourists and very much enjoyed our stay.  It's the best hotel in Western Libya and is a short walk to the old city and about 20 minutes to the Mitiga airport. 

The hotel is very secure with all cars checked by a sniffer dog for explosives and all luggage searched with an X ray machine before you can enter the lobby. You can't even drive up alongside the lobby with your bags but need to park a little way away and lug your bags in to the hotel.

The lobby is spacious and the receptionists were friendly and quickly checked us in.

Our room was also very spacious and clean with a nice sea view. Beds were comfy and there is both a bathtub and shower. There is free WIFI which worked in the lobby but we weren't able to get it to connect in our room. (You can buy a Libyan SIM card quickly at the airport for 5 Euros (20 GB). 

On one day (a Friday)  our room wasn't serviced. But when we asked for clean towels the attendant who delivered them asked us if we wanted the room serviced and it was done for us. 

The buffet breakfast was good but not exceptional: the danish and croissants were especially lack lustre.  Still lots of healthy choices and a chef that makes eggs and crepes to order. Service was also hit and miss.

The highlight of the hotel for us was the spa with a spacious indoor and outdoor pool and large sauna and steam room facilities. They also have a well equipped gym. This   is open until 10 PM. The attendants there are all very friendly and helpful.

There were numerous conferences during our stay but few overnight guests.

We would happily stay here again despite the few service irregularities mentioned.

Safe Haven with Wonderful Spa

Corinthia Hotel is the best hotel in Tripoli (Libya) at present. It is located in close proximity to the old city with rooms that have a sea view  and are both spacious and beautifully furnished. It has a gym and a swimming pool at ground floor. Nice restaurants where delicious food is served. Wifi is available and is fast. 
I loved staying there.

Have stayed here several times and it was always a very nice hotel. Staying in Tripoli can be "hit and miss" but the Corinthia has always been nice. 

Please be advised to book ahead as they sell out early!!

thats the best hotel in libya , very safe and very clean, it is located to the center of the city as you can walk to there. located on the beautifull beache of tripoli so i advised you to take a rooms that face the sea. the stuff are helpfull , and the breakfast was averege.

Excellent Hotel

Corinthia is located in an elevated area, allowing good views. It’s lobby and bar areas are decent and the large conference room functional. I hav Not yet tried the rooms nor the food but the hotel is equipped well enough to host events for international companies and organisations

One of two places you can go to for international events

close to city center, maybe the most luxuous Hotel In Tripoli. Corinthia offer all we need, from security, high quality room whatever is the view and Restaurants and other services spa/wellness. Service is correct, Hotel is big, so sometime we meat with friendly and efficient waiters, sometimes not. Clean. Only issue, the price is very high but no other choice to have all in one place. Test the restaurants on top floor.
