I stayed in La Maison de Hamra for ten days and I really enjoyed it. Room is modern, clean and well-furnished. The staff was very helpful, they provided me with useful tips and any information I needed. The location is perfect, just in the heart of Hamra street, plenty bars and restaurants for every budget and having vibrant nightlife. For Sturbucks coffee lovers, you just need to cross the street ;) Excellent value for money.

Overlooking a bright, busy corner on Hamra street, my corner room at La Maison De Hamra was big, modern, comfortably furnished and very much like a boutique hotel you'd expect to pay much more for.  The french doors of my room folded open to a large, wrap-around balcony where I was able to take in the sights and watch the pouring rain soak the streets below.  Short walks away from many of Hamra's best known eateries and shopping centres, La Maison is about as ideal as you can get for Beirut without breaking the bank.  I highly recommend this place.

Newly furnished apartments, i liked the furniture since i stayed several times at this hotel apartments, it is decorated with a modern style with great colors, the bed was comfortable,they have a daily spot cleaning, free internet WiFi, a Free Laundry Service (but i never used it :D ). 
And as many previous reviews show, is really in the heart of Hamra, wish is the centre of Beirut Life ( Business, Night Life, ....) it is almost near to everything with a walk of 5-10 min...you can find many restaurants of all kind of food, coffee shops(starbucks,costa,gloria jeans,....), pubs, famous Clothing shops (Jack&Jones, Vero Moda,....) just next door of La Maison.
and if you are on a business trip, the city of Hamra is very good location for you.
For the staff, 
they where very helpful and kind, and if you can not find a thing you want, they can make it very easy to you,they can arrange a taxi or even if you want to rent a car...everything is easy by them.
For the Value of Money,
it is not my first visit to La Maison de Hamra, they always do offers on their website www.lamaisondehamra.com where you can find a good deal if you are a money saver.
As a Negative points, 
they do not provide a breakfast service since they have in all kind of rooms a little kitchenette to make your own breakfast, the noise outside the building can be disturbing for you since the lebanese people love to tooot the horn every 5 min, but once you get in your room it really a complete other world of relaxing stay.

I stayed at this hotel with a friend of mine, we booked a suite. Its at the heart of Hamra, and everything is at a walking distance. Be sure if you are taking a cab from the airport, tell your driver to drop you off at the Starbucks in Al Hamra, the hotel is literally across the street from it. All the staff were friendly and rooms were clean, your room will be cleaned at a daily basis. You might be disturbed with all the honking and street noise, but that is Beirut for you. There is free wifi, but make sure to ask for the passcode everyday from the reception. Once I visit Beirut again, I will make sure to stay there again.

Great location and stay

Excellent Location, Friendly staff & Very Good Value Of Money

I didn’t even manage to stay in this property. I was unlucky enough to book my flight and accommodation in Beirut one day before a massive car bomb occurred which killed a senior Lebanese government minister, followed by riots on the streets and civil unrest. The British government advised against all but essential travel to Beirut so I had no option but to cancel my trip, as to travel would have been reckless and invalidated my travel insurance. 
However, I had booked a non refundable stay with La Maison da Hamra. I never asked for a refund, but simply asked if I could change my booking to a later date, when hopefully the situation has calmed down as I would still love to travel to Beirut at some point. I also expressed my sympathy at the situation they found themselves in as no doubt their business will have suffered. 
However, they kept stating that it was a non refundable booking, no matter how many times I emphasised that I was not asking for a refund, and also that they looked forward to welcoming me to their hotel! No chance….!
If I do make it to Beirut in the future, I certainly won’t be wasting any more money with this lot.
