Ammmmazing! Luxurious stay, professional and friendly staff, great location, very suitable for relaxation and suitable for families with a poll an kids zone. Food is very tasty , breakfast is very varied , we tried St Michel rest. The food and ambiance are great.


Beyond amazing!

I had a great stay at Terrebrune hotel. Wonderful place, great staff amazing place.
I recommend strongly.  Very clean, warm and cozy. The pool is amazing 
Watch out the rates of the SPA, high prices at the SPA.

Great service, great food, super cozy and always warm! The men were ready help to help the cats  who were stuck in the snow. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Will definitely return! Great choice of food and very generous.

First stay at the hotel and I will definitely return.  In one word - relaxing.  Located on a hill/small mountain, it is 8 minutes to the Faqra slopes and 10 minutes to Faraya Mzaar give or take.  As for the hotel. low lighting gives the public spaces a relaxing vibe.  Rooms are clean and super comfortable.  Bathrooms and bedroom are both 4/5 star.  Breakfast was good and plentiful. Ping pong and foosball in the game room for the kids.  Upper lobby with chimney, spa on site. Only issue was no wifi that I could ever connect to.  Otherwise, really enjoyed the stay - was worth every penny.

First, no one to help us take the bags from the car
Second, very unfriendly and unprofessional receptionist as he didn’t help us with any of our questions and didn’t tell us even about the breakfast location, WiFi, location of the room
Third, the WiFi doesn’t work
Fourth, no one is around to take the bags to the room or even take us to the room
Fifth, the view is very bad and he claims that no other room available and the place is fully booked even when I can find it available online and I am able to book another room 
Finally, the bathroom smells very bad 

All of that in the first hour

Very bad service

I stayed there with my husband for only one night. The hotel is very clean and always smells very nice, the view from our room was amazing, the staff are very friendly and professional mr. Chehade was very helpful many thanks.
The breakfast buffet had a very big variety and everything was delicious.
Their valet parking is very friendly as well.
I highly recommend and for sure will come back.

Very classy

Isolated, trapped 5 nights inside the hotel, no entertainment at all, staff is good but management have no knowledge about hospitality business, simply the worst hotel you an ever spend your holiday specially with children.

Never Again

We stayed for one night at this hotel after a wedding in Faqra in July. Excellent place, big and clean rooms and toilets with very good amenities. Very well preserved hotel and everything seems new. Good restaurant with a rich variety for breakfast. They have a nice and clean outdoor pool and they provide towels. Very helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely go again and I strongly recommend it in summer and in winter.
