They have very few services, it's noisy and they ran out of toilet paper 2 days in a row. They made me move from a room I'd already paid for because they screwed up their reservations and asked me to go to another hostel across town, with no financial compensation offered. When I refused, they offered me a bed in a closet-sized room, which I took because it was the last night I would ever stay there. I would rate it a 3.

disappointing stay.

Not good experience 1. No one there when it’s come to check in time 2pm2. Toilet and shower room not clean3. Noisy neighbours

It was terriable . Reception guy was drank and  he is not  kind.  When I said " I cant sleep ", he shouted and he said " it is not your country " . He is alcoholic . Rooms dont have curtain.  Hostel dont have kitchen. They use coridor like a kitchen. You clean your dish at toilet. İt is not safe place .

Think one more time .

This place is truly awful. I have stayed in hostels worldwide but never stayed anywhere as miserable as this. The photos & description of the hostel are inaccurate & untruthful & the amenities listed as available do not actually exist; this accommodation is therefore being mis-sold. There is no outdoor pool or 24hr room service (in fact there's no room-service at all). Reception is not open until midnight, it closes at 6pm (which is important to know as check-in is not possible once reception has closed). There's no kitchen, there is an area with a table, microwave, washing machine & fridge (which stinks); there is not even a sink. None of the purported in-room facilities are present: there is no ceiling fan, coffee/tea maker, desk or phone. None of the rooms have bathrooms as advertised. There are 3 very tiny shared showers & 2 shared toilets. The whole place is dirty & smells; there is no fresh air into the property.It doesn’t matter which room you book, you are very likely to be downgraded to a worse room, but still charged the original price, the staff will claim this is fair because the room prices vary per night!? I had booked a triple room; the "single room" I was put in was so terrible there isn’t even a photo of it on the website, I’m certain it was originally a store room, it was just bigger than a mattress (which was on the floor) & there was no window. I heard other people complaining that they had also been put into a smaller room, without any cost deduction.

Dishonest, dirty & dreadful.

We've stayed there two nights. The location is great and comfortable. There was almost no noice at night so we could sleep and get rest. Also we got our room earlier than we've arranged (11am instead of 1pm), really nice and helpful staff.

- basically no kitchen to make food, so you must eat in the city or eat something, that doesn't have to be prepared
- lack of mugs and glasses and kitchenware, so nothing like in the description
- no toilet paper in one toilet for one day


Decent hostel

Pros: 
- checkin was smooth and easy and the guy was really nice
- room was relatively clean
- wifi worked well
- location was excellent

Cons:
- the bathrooms and showers were disgusting and were not cleaned once our 3 nights there
- the ‘kitchen’ is basically nonexistent - there is a fridge, microwave, and hot plate but no sink or dishes and no place to prepare anything
- it seems like a place people live or stay for long periods so you won’t be meeting other travellers 

Overall I would definitely not stay here again. Mostly because of how gross the bathrooms are. If they were deep cleaned and kept clean maybe it would be ok.

I would stay elsewhere

Decent price, decent hotel.

We stayed for 5 nights there. The room was clean and spacious. Convenient location, close to the center of downtown, train and bus stations.

Good location, easy check in, kitchen and bathroom facilities clean. Beds nice and firm and sturdy, unlike some other places we've stayed! Nice small hostel, at a good price.
