This is a small guesthouse in a small street in the middle of town. It's family run and they are very friendly. The also have a laundry service which was prompt and never lost a thing. The rooms are an ok size, well maintained and kept very clean. The price is very reasonable and at times open to negotiation depending on the length of your stay. All in all its good value.

Originally booked into a hostel around the corner but left at 11pm due to other residents.  Stayed at another hotel that night and then found this lovely place after seeing it from my hotel window and some people checking out. Lovely and clean,  really comfortable bed. Hot shower. Quiet and staff were nice. All for 70,000 kip.

Found this place after getting off the bus from Vientiane. It's on a small street coming off of the street closer to the river - perfect location actually. Can get a bit loud as there's one bar nearby that keeps the music going until the curfew, but not a huge problem. 

The woman who seemed in charge was very sweet and even discounted my room slightly when I asked. Bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable and the entire place was quiet. Not sure they have food, but you can literally walk a minute and be at all the restaurants nearby.

Only annoying thing was that the two outlets in my room were a bit loose and it was hard to ensure charging.

I'd stay here again.
