Super fresh hotel, friendly staff, close to town. Loved our stay here!

it was hevy rain first day, but spa, massage and transportation service was good, then I can enjoy the trip.

We have been traveling for 4 weeks in Southeast Asia and among all the 4-5 star hotels we have stay, this is the best.  Great attention; super serene and calm atmosphere; great food; superb  room.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby, pool, etc. are beautiful. Hotel is also convenient to main street where all the restaurants and sites are.

The hotel is beautiful with modern conveniences. The staff was very warm and friendly. The building is near the outskirts of Luang Prabang but the hotel has a complimentary taxi service to take clients to the night market and other destinations within the city. The breakfast is quite good. There is a restaurant with a diverse menu as well as a cafe serving drinks and pastries. I would not hesitate to stay there again if I return to the city.

A gorgeous place to spoil yourself. And the hotel has an interesting history  behind it. Bistro looks elegant with old world charm feel and has a fantastic menu. Staff are attentive, friendly and very helpful.

It is very cute place, right near river and night market (also have shutlle but can also walk) everyone is giving the best service there, the pool and garden are beutifull

Great spa facilities staff were excellent especially Mouk on reception. The free shuttle service around the town was great.

Staffs were friendly, had a great staying there.

Our stay of 8 nights was amazing. One of the best hotels we have been in South East Asia. The rooms are well furnished and confortable. The staff is kind and pro active. Breakfasts are very good and the restaurant has a superb choice of excellent dishes - congratulations to the French chef Jérémie Muller for his good work. We also enjoyed very much the nice pool and spa. We shall return for sure.

One of the best experiences we have had

My stay at MyBanLao Hotel was absolutely exceptional and one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I was welcomed at the airport to the smooth check-in process and throughout my stay, everything was thoughtfully taken care of.I highly recommend arranging airport pickup and drop-off directly through the hotel—it’s seamless and incredibly convenient. The staff consistently go above and beyond, always greeting you with a warm smile whenever you pass by, which adds a personal touch to the experience.The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and provide all the comforts you could ask for. The hotel’s location is also quite decent, making it easy to explore the area. Another major plus is their shuttle service, which makes getting around the city hassle-free and enjoyable.Overall, MyBanLao Hotel sets a high standard for hospitality, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Wow, my family and I had a 10/10 experience at this hotel! We only stayed for one night but wished we could’ve stayed longer because of how amazing everything was. I originally booked two rooms for my husband and I, my parents and my cousin but I had another relative join us so we ended up having to add a last minute room and they were extremely accommodating! They were also able to arrange for a car to pick us up from the  train station even though I requested for one just a few hours before our arrival time which we appreciated. The rooms were very spacious well kept and up to date, with plenty of toiletries, slippers, pool sandals, robes available for use. And they also included a welcome drink and free mini bar in the room. What really made things easy for us was having access to a shuttle service to city center! It was so quick and easy to use. I highly recommend adding the breakfast add on to your room - everything was delicious, especially the khao soi which even impressed my Lao mom (who is very hard to please.) Whenever we return to LP we are definitely plan on staying here again.

Wonderful staff, beautiful property, great area, easy to walk to the city center and night market. Pool was amazing, food was so good, we ate at the restaurant and ordered room service multiple times. They also scheduled excursion for us to the waterfalls which was amazing. It is honestly the most beautiful and nice hotel and amazing staff I have ever encountered. I can’t wait to go back!!! For reference we stayed 8 days. Could have easily stayed longer !

We booked this hotel for our son and his girlfriend as they are travelling through SE Asia and it was birthday. The room was amazing, the staff were excellent and they absolutely loved it. The hotel had a cake in the room on their arrival and had a birthday message on the bed. It was amazing. Thank you so much for making their stay so special.

This was one of the most incredible places we have stayed. We had a swim in, swim out room which exceeded our expectations. The whole hotel resort is stunning and the staff are incredibly friendly. My Ban Lao is more expensive than other places on the area but we thought it was worth every penny. We also made use of the spa which was very well priced and we had some amazing treatments. The bistro and cafe on site was also fantastic. The hotel offers free taxi services throughout your stay and the staff were incredibly helpful and accomodating.

Amazing place to stay!

My stay at MyBanLao Hotel was terrific. The service provided from all of the staff was very welcoming. The room was comfortable, and the gym was exceptional, probably one of the best gyms I have seen at any of the hotels I have stayed at in this region. Overall I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and I highly recommend it if you’re coming to Luang Prabang.

From my first arrival, we were greeted with a cold towel to wash our hands with and a cold glass of some thing like tea. First impression was fantastic everybody smiled and was very helpful. The pool area was fantastic, and there was always an attendant there to help us with refreshments and food. They gave us a ride to the town Square several times and to the airport, the service and the restaurant was excellent as well as the food! The day was epic and quite a bargain!

AlohaFirst of all i wanted to congratulate you with an excellent service. From the shuttle driver, bellman, bartender, gardener, food service and especially the Housekeeping teams. Only complaint is the shower area always flooded and the closet don’t even have extra pillow or blanket which should be a standard. Mahalo
