We really enjoyed this quiet location on the river, with a short walk to good eating places and sights. Very clean and very good breakfasts, cooked to order by the lovely gentle women owners. A woman a few doors along sold beer and cold drinks to enjoy on the veranda.

We initially booked in for 2 days and have stayed a fortnight.(We almost feel like family!) The three sisters are delightful, attending to every small request with infinite politeness. We stayed on the bottom etage and were quite happy with the facilities. I doubt it'd be so comfortable in another season, however. Their brother in law ferried us out to the KungSi Falls and other locations such as the weaving villages. He has a reasonable grasp of English, so has been able to explain a variety of queries we had from local road taxes (toll) to botanical names and uses of various fruits and plants. For a peaceful sojourn at the end of the Peninsula, I'd recommend here.

Everything happens here as if by magic. Very quietly, very nicely.......... do not bypass this place 

Comfy beds, great bathroom facilities, immaculately clean and tidy, great central location......... there's nothing more that you could want

We stayed for almost a week in a lower room which was about $10USD cheaper than the second floor. There was an opening upstairs but I’m not sure we could have negotiated the very steep stairs. Our bedroom was very dark as the next building out back is very near and the room had an odor that was unpleasant but did little damage. Swish bathroom was okay and we used both the fan and aircon. There’s about five choices for breakfast included in the room price. The sisters no long offer laundry services so I was pointed down the street about 2 blocks where my medium size bag was 20,000 Kip/$2.26 USD with clothes turned inside out back in the bag. They got some spots out that I couldn’t with hand washing. The sisters were very helpful in making recommendations and calling for Tuk-Tuk or car. The one way street out front was noisy during the day but the house was calm with balcony overlooking the river upstairs and sweet breakfast patio down.

I stayed here for 2 nights. The host was super lovily and she made my breakfast in the morning. Everything about the place is very personal and I highly recommend it. 

One thing to note is that in luang prabang it can be really cold at night in December. My room was very cold because it had 3 windows. With hind sight I realised afterwards I could have closed the outer wooden shutters. I think only half is covered but that should help in keeping the heat in. 

Spent a few nights here. Rooms were comfy and clean. Wifi was spotty and annoying. Good breakfasts in the morning. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Close enough to walk to the main road and nice and quiet at night for sleeping.
