The room was a solid size. It had a working TV with about 25 channels. None in English, French or German, this didn't bother us. Free water in the fridge which was nice. Free all in one coffee and paid snacks if you desire. The bed was large enough and an additional duvet in the cupboard. Good air conditioning.The room was quite clean by European standards and very clean compared to other places we have stayed in Vietnam and Loas. It was quiet enough to sleep, which was good, it was located near a karaoke bar but this didn't bother us. The bathroom is a wet room style. They provided good toiletries of toothpaste, toothbrushes, shower cap and soap. The shower was hot. The hotel was located in easy walking distance from the bus station. We found the reception staff to have good English in my opinion.
